As the name alludes, you’ll be housed within the desirable waterfront Weston Point Resort community, offering guests access to desirable onsite amenities such as a sparkling inground pool and tennis courts. Near the lake’s 24 Mile Marker, you can easily travel by land or by lake to nearby hot spots such as Margaritaville complete with golf, restaurants, pools and more. By water, visit Paradise Tropical Restaurant and Bar with its festive outdoor atmosphere. By land, check out the Ozark Distillery which has incredible pizza, craft beer, and small batch distilled whiskey, moonshine, and vodka.

For those seeking family-friendly attractions, the greater Ozark area is home to Go-Kart tracks, mini-golf courses, and water parks, ensuring that there's something for all ages to enjoy. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep. The home’s full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Communal, coin-operated laundry on site.
• This home does not offer a dishwasher.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles.
• This unit is located in a second-tier building within the complex, set back from the water. Please refer to the labeled aerial photos for a clear view of the building’s location and its proximity to the waterfront.
• All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.

• Must be 25 to book.
• No smoking.
• No Pets.
• No parties - please be sure to respect the maximum occupancy of your property.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am - please be mindful of the noise.
• We recommend Children under the age of 12 wear a flotation device while swimming in the local community pools. We require all guests to adhere to the local state laws that require all children under the age of 12 to be accompanied by an adult and wear a certified PFD near or in the lake water.
