Top floor unit with beautiful panoramic views of the lake! You have access to two pools and an incredibly rare sandy beach area! There is also a 10x30 boat slip included! This complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes away from all the exciting attractions the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer including go-karts, mini-golf, outlet shopping, and all the best lakefront bars and restaurants!

Kitchen and Dining Area

The kitchen features granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating for three. There is also a dining table with seating for four.

Living Room

The living area features high vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light and a clear view of the lake, a sectional, coffee table, side tables, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors for access to the lakefront balcony.

Master Suite

The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, closet and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is a loft area which features a queen-sized bed, twin bed, nightstands, dresser, and a sitting area with a sectional and coffee table.

Bathroom

The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a stand-alone shower.

Outside

Outside on the waterfront balcony you will find a bar height table with seating for four as well as a sectional with coffee table. Inside the complex you have access to two pools, one of which has an incredible view overlooking the lake. You also have access to a sandy beach area, which is a rare find for the Lake of the Ozarks! There is also a 10x30 boat slip included!

Neighborhood Description

The Ledges Condo complex is located in the heart of Osage Beach, just minutes from some of the lakes most popular lakefront bars, restaurants, activities and shopping. This complex is just 5 minutes from amazing activities for the kids including go-karts and mini golf. While there is no boat parking or launch at this complex, you can launch and store trailers at the state park marina for a small fee.

**Fireplace is not for guest use.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. You will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. All guests will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

● Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex.
