Important Information:
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Early or late requests are rarely accommodated—consider booking an extra night if flexibility is needed.
• Pet-Free Home: Ensuring a clean, allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
• Guest Limit: The base rate includes up to 3 guests; additional guests are $15 per night to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs.
• Quiet Retreat: No parties or events—this is a space for relaxing getaways.
• Rental Agreement: Required for stays of 14 days or more.
• As we do not have access to a boat slip, please make separate arrangements if you require one. There is designated parking available for boat trailers on the premises. Please mention the Bay Point Village complex when making arrangements for boat slips.

• No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful, family-friendly environment for all guests and neighbors. Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 9AM DAILY AND IS ENFORCED BY CONDO SECURITY. THEY CAN ASK YOU TO LEAVE AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO YOUR BOOKING PLATFORM. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND.

• Trash Disposal: Guests are kindly asked to dispose of trash in the on-site dumpster during their stay.

• The base nightly rate includes up to three guests, with an additional $15 per night per guest beyond three to cover cleaning and laundry costs.

• Pet-Free Home: Maintains a clean and allergy-friendly environment.
