This Penthouse Condo does not have a boat slip available. If you need a boat slip, we suggest you check out The Doré Lux Penthouse 515 which has a similar set up, and the 14’x40’ boat slip is included there.

Both luxury pools are open Memorial Day weekend thru end of September. Sweet 503 is a Penthouse suite and located on the top floor. The parking lot is actually located on the 3rd floor level. There is an elevator between Building 1 & Building 2. You can also walk up 2 stories to the 5th floor by the stairs at the very end of Building 1.
No trailers are allowed on the property per condo association covenants.

You have access to the entire condo suite with a private and spacious deck overlooking the 19mm on the main channel and sunset views over the Grand Glaze Bridge. The condo does NOT have a dock slip. Guests will be able to enjoy both Topsider Condominium’s Luxury pools which are open from Memorial Day Weekend thru end of September and walk the lighted pathways at the lake front.

Getting around the Lake of the Ozark is best by car. Parking is first come first serve and you may park extra vehicles in the overflow lot. If you are bringing your own boat, please let us know ahead of time, so we can make arrangements for you to safely park your boat trailer.
