Des routes pavĂ©es jusqu'Ă  la route. Cadre privĂ©, beaucoup d'arbres matures pour profiter de l'ombre. Pas de crique de sillage, au 38 Mile Marker, idĂ©al pour la baignade. AccĂšs gratuit Ă  la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau (ne convient pas aux croiseurs Ă  cabine ou aux bateaux plus grands. Ok pour les jet ski, les bateaux de pĂȘche ou les pontons), la rampe pour bateaux Silver Sands est Ă  1/4 mile sur la route pour les gros bateaux. 2 quais bien couverts avec pont de bain. Un feuillet Ă  louer avec location de chalet, le deuxiĂšme feuillet est disponible Ă  la location pour les non-loueurs, mais ils n'auront pas accĂšs au pont de bain, aux kayaks ou au pĂ©dalo, c'est-Ă -dire aux loueurs de chalet uniquement. Location de glissement de bateau supplĂ©mentaire de 20 $ / nuit avec location de cabine (veuillez nous en informer, afin que nous puissions ajouter Ă  votre rĂ©servation) ou 30 $ / nuit aux non-locataires. Glissades 10X24, hauteur de toit 12 '. La profondeur de l'eau Ă  la piscine pleine est d'environ 8 pieds. Pont en face de la maison, la moitiĂ© est couverte, pour le temps de refroidissement du soir. Nouvel abri d'auto, place pour garer 2 voitures ou sortir les jours de pluie. Vacay at LOZ

All the comforts of home plus lake access. Cabin was extremely clean and very well stocked. A very pretty setting; quiet and secure. Husband attended a week long carving class while my sister and I used the paddle boat and took walks in the small pretty neighborhood surrounded by the lake. Large shaded front porch with plenty of seating and a gas grill. Large windows in every room afforded views of lake. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend LiveOaks Cabin. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

We LOVED this property and the owners are amazing! Looks even better in person. The cove is perfect for swimming or using the kayaks and paddle boat. We used the paddle boat every day. Lots of wildlife to watch - deer, woodpeckers, herons, etc. Peaceful and all amenities. Quick drive to endless things to do - parasailing (Paradise Parasailing was awesome), Bridal Cave (beautiful) and many others. We will be back!

Cute Cabin at Lake of the Ozarks

The property was lovely. A small, cozy cabin on a quiet cove - just as advertised. The bed was sooooo comfy! Lovely covered porch and firepit area, and a great dock! We were there for 10 days in August and we were very pleased with the property. The owners were very nice and were helpful. I would love to stay there again some time!

Ozark vacation

The house, neighborhood and the boat dock was everything you would have hoped for when you book online. Jennifer and Mark the property owners made us feel comfortable the moment we arrived. Everything was very nice and would come back again in the future. Lake of the Ozarks was a fabulous time and enjoyed it all

Great family vacation spot!

We enjoyed our stay at this quaint and quiet cabin. We are two adults and three kids. It was great having the fire pit with utensils and chairs, as well as the accessibility to the dock and boats. We spent hours fishing, kayaking, and paddle-boating and our children (ages 6-11) loved it. This side of the lake was quiet and family-friendly. The house was clean and ample for our needs. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed. Grocery store not far away. The owners, Jennifer and Mark, live next door and for the most part left us to ourselves, but we had a couple of friendly conversations getting to know them out at the dock. Communication with owners was easy and helpful. There are several family-friendly activities in the area such as hiking, go karts, mini golf, cavern tours and more. I highly recommend this property for families with children.

A little slice of heaven!

The family and I had an amazing time at the Ozarks. We will definitely be back and will stay at Mark and Jennifer’s place for as long as it’s available. Unless we find our own. We fell in love the area. The house was the perfect place to unwind from a day on the lake. The covered porch was perfect to watch the wildlife roam around. The easy walk to the water was wonderful. Didn’t have to deal with a steep staircase going down to the dock. The dock was perfect for the kids to swim and fish. The property sits in a quiet and calm cove. Mark and Jennifer (and Syd) were absolutely wonderful!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We loved the quietness of the area and the no wave cove. Kids had a yard to play in and the amenities for the dock were great. Loved having our own access to launch our jet ski, very close marina, and a great cove close that was perfect for tubing. Overall perfect stay and we will be back!

My family and I had an amazing stay. The cabin and property were beautiful, well maintained and clean. The kids had a blast playing in the water at the dock. Jennifer and Mark were wonderful and great hosts. I look forward to my next visit and would absolutely love to stay here next time.

Amazing family vacation!

First I must say the hosts were amazing! They came up and made sure we got in the house okay. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Me and my husband came with our children and they had a blast. It was very accommodating for a family of 6. Had a great time fishing on the dock and going out on the lake on the paddle boat. Beautiful fire area looking out to the water with beautiful lights which is nice. The internet ran amazing which was important since I am in college and had to still attend my online classes. The location of this area is really nice it has a middle of nowhere feel but has stores and fast food near by. Truly an amazing place with amazing hosts and we will definitely be coming back one day.

Relaxing week along the lakr

We were a group of two retired couple that were looking for a place to relax and visit with friend. Place was perfect!!! One guest has MS and mobility issues, house was easy to get in and out of. Everything in the house was on one floor. Gravel drive to be able to get to lake and fire pit. It’s hard to find things reasonability price for handicap people. Book this place it’s great!!

Wonderful and scenic location

Fabulous Place

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions on places to go. The cabin itself was very clean and was equipped with everything you need along with dock that was decorated as a tiki bar with kayaks. We really enjoyed the location it was quite and away from the crowds but still close to things/places to visit. We would highly recommend staying here

Beautiful and relaxing

The cabin and surrounding area were so peaceful and serene! You could see the water right from the cabin windows or covered porch. Hosts, Jennifer and Mark, live next door if you need anything, but there is plenty of space between the cabin and their home so you don't feel like you're invading their personal space. They were both amazing and gave us some tips on local restaurants, even telling us about a local fireworks show that we could see from the private dock on Saturday evening! Being right next to the lake, with just a short path down to the private dock, made it easy to go to the water any time to kayak or paddle boat (both provided, but byo life-vest), or to just lay on the floating mat/lily pad (also provided) and swim in the water. A fire-pit with kindling and roasting sticks were all right there and made it easy to enjoy a campfire without a lot of extra effort. They have a water spigot/hose set up right by the fire-pit so you can put out any embers prior to heading back up to the cabin. The cabin had everything we needed (basic amenities and several extras like a dishwasher, washer/dryer, ice maker, lighter fluid, can koozies so your bottle floats if dropped off the deck, etc.). We like that there were two separate bedrooms so we each had our own space, one queen bed (smaller room, not as much floor space) and one king bed (tv, more floor space). Lots of space in the living room/kitchen area to spread out! We would definitely stay again!

I love this home! It was so lovely and cozy. The property owners were very nice and readily available for questions and/or help. The home has nice little touches to make you feel like you're at home and it's very welcoming. Also love the lake access! Would highly recommend and definitely want to stay again.

Great experience!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! The location is quiet, and it's definitely not a party cove full of loud and obnoxious renters and/or owners (we stayed during the week, however, so not sure what the weekends are like.) The property was extremely clean - even the deck was swept clean and had no spider webs! Jennifer even came over during the day to sweep it clean after a thunderstorm the night before! The house is small, but with only four of us, the size was perfect. There were plenty of kitchen supplies (pots, plates, trays, cups, etc.) and having a washer/dryer is a definite bonus. The king bed is super comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure. The wi-fi worked great for when we were done floating and playing on the water. We had numerous devices and none of them ever buffered or lagged. Jennifer was super friendly, offering suggestions for food and fun things to do, and was very responsive whenever I contacted her. This is a wonderful property, and when we stay at the lake again, this place is top of the list!
