Welcome to our home. Centrally-located 5 bedroom home off Hwy KK, (all black topped roads to home) Mile Marker 22 in a protected cove off the main channel.
Outside enjoy your own private 28x10 boat slip as well as a large swim dock with table & chairs - lay back on a chaise & soak up the sun, enjoy a meal on the water, or jump off the dock & cool off in the calm no-wake lake water!

About a dozen golf courses, shopping & hiking all within 25 minutes. We are limited to 5 parking spots. Boat trailer parking also available offsite upon request. Nearest boat landing about 5 minute car ride from house and 10 minutes by boat. Off Turkey Bend Road.

Hosting you with a 5 bedroom home with 3 bedrooms upstairs all with King beds. One is a master suite with private bath and in room 55" television. Other two share a hall bathroom ALL off central living area that has a piano and view of the lake and open concept kitchen with 65 inch television above electric fireplace. Deck with charcoal grill and eating area. Extra chairs and umbrella for deck table located in garage. Garage has life jackets, kayaks and Blackstone propane griddle and upright freezer for extra food storage. Please replace and clean all after use. Folding chairs in garage or front hall coat closet for additional seating.

Second living area is downstairs with bar, beverage refrigerator and ice maker. Foosball, DVD player/movies with 65 inch television and another large bedroom with king bed and twin. There is also a pack and play in the walk in closet. This bedroom shares a bathroom with bunk room which has a twin over full bunk bed and two additional twin beds and toys. Deck access to dock with sitting area. Cushions for outdoor furniture in deck box. Please replace if used to keep dry.

It is NON smoking/vaping/marijuana/pet home. We have asthmatic family members and CANNOT have any smoke or pets in home. We live 4 hours away and use home when we are in the area. We can be contacted thru app or phone from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We have no phone zone time except during those hours.

We have provided basic games and toys in basement and please replace in correct boxes/location when finished using before check out. We have fire extinguishers in laundry room closet and downstairs in bar cabinets. Also first aid supplies in each bathroom. Let us know if we need to replace any items.

All bedrooms have extra blankets/throws in them for your use. If used, please place in laundry area upon check out. We have provided coffee pods for individual cups or in the freezer you will find coffee to make a pot. We have a juicer, griddle, coffee bean grinder, mixer, Ninja blender, air fryer and a fully functioning kitchen as we cook when we are in residence. There are cleaning supplies in kitchen if needed.
