This condo unit is on the first floor, down 1 level from the parking lot, and does not have an elevator - there are stairs up to the bridge walkway to the building and then stairs going down the unit - approximately 2.5 full flights
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and friends
This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved, however, roads may ice over in winter.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay.
