Super disappointed with our stay at this property. Will not book again
Very disappointed in the property. This vacation was planned for months as a getaway for our member. We encountered multiple issues that were never fully resolved, including poor a/c despite outdoor temps reaching over 100 degrees. When we arrived at the condo, the temp was 90 degrees, and it took more than 7 hours for the condo to cool down. Repeated calls to the 'property mngmt' company which took hours to return, only then to put repeatedly on hold, and the rep was not a native speaking citizen, so a big language barrier. The a/c was a Google nest, which did not include directions on how to use it. Also called repeatedly for the wifi password, and after multiple calls, was given access to public wifi, not private which wasn't safe for those working from the property.
Ants were prevalent in all of the rooms, and we were using ant spray every day. The property included a gas grill, and the propane tanks were empty, so we had to purchase propane to grill. The Mr. Coffee Maker also did not work.
I would suggest that at a bare minimum, a local property manager is available for guests who rent this property, rather than having to call someone who is obviously outside of the US (and answering questions from a scripted response) and cannot answer questions quickly and efficiently. I would also suggest having a list of instructions on how to use items like the Google Nest to regulate temperatures, instead of spending hours on the phone.
