Villa Grey is a 4 bedroom villa in the Gulpinar area of Dalyan. Just a short stroll to town near to all shops and restaurants.
The villa built on 2019 is set to a high standard making it ideal for families or groups for a spacious villa holiday.
This villa is also suitable for people with disabilities. Offering a downstairs bedroom with double bed and en suite walk in shower WC and basin.
The villa has off road parking private pool and children’s pool located at the front of the villa off the veranda enabling adults to see the children are safe at all times.
Around the pool are sufficient sunbeds and parasols for the capacity of the villa and in the garden a pool shower.
There is an outside BBQ with kitchen area and sink when preparing food and a shaded outside seating area.
Outside pool 50m2 and depth 1.5m. Also children pool.
The large terrace offers shade from the midday sun with table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining.
The kitchen and lounge are open plan with sofa’s large smart TV internet connect and fully air conditioning.
The washing machine is located under the stairs along with a downstairs WC and basin.
