Relax at our gorgeous 4 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhoods of . There is plenty to see and do in the local area.

The location is Maras area for those who already know Dalyan. Ozalp bakery is 20 mtrs from the villa where you can buy beautiful Turkish breads everyday.
The walk to bar and restaurant street is 5 minutes.

As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a gas hob, an electric oven, a kettle, a large fridge/freezer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8. Hair dryers are provided.
Down stairs bedroom, you will find a double bed. with separate toilet.
First floor
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed with en suite.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains twin single beds.


There are 3 bathrooms.
Downstairs bathroom has a toilet and basin.
Upstairs:
The next bathroom is en suite to the aster bedroom, toilet and basin and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom is the family bathroom it has a toilet and basin and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Iron and iron bord are to be found in the villa.

Outside:
Large swimming pool and children's pool.
Surrounded with plenty of space and mature gardens to sunbath.
Located with in the gardens is a shaded area to relax and enjoy alfresco dining.
There are ample sunbeds and sun umbrella's.
The pool is located at the front of the villa with shaded veranda to relax away from the heat of the mid day sun. On the veranda there is dining table and chairs again to enjoy alfresco dining.
There is also a stone built BBQ in the garden.
