The Neighborhood:
Take a dip in the river or launch your boat at Beebe Bridge Park, just 3.6 miles from your front door. After a day of fun on the water, slow things down with wine tasting at any of several nearby wineries in orondo, chelan or manson. Enjoy one of the numerous restaurants in downtown Chelan, boat and jet-ski rentals along with a variety of entertainment just 7 short miles from the home.
Getting Around:
A 4x4 is recommended during the winter months.

Please Note: The house sleeps 8 and there is bedding for 8. For families or groups with small kids which may exceed 8, please inquire and we can discuss increasing the limit based on the circumstances. The in ground heated pool is open from May - October, weather depending. The hot tub is open all year. This home is equipped with Arlo security camera's that monitor the exterior of the home while it is vacant. The home has Free WiFi and the two mobile twin size beds are located in the master bedroom closet which can be rolled out and set up anywhere inside the home. Also, this home is located in the mountains with an outdoor pool, and some bugs and leaves do get into the pool from the wind and mountain environment from time to time. We have professional pool service multiple times a week but we cannot control the environment and mountain conditions! There is a net and pole in the garage you can also use during your stay to help remove anything that gets in the pool in between cleanings! Thank you!
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Please see our terms page for the cancellation policy and more details. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Strict enforcement! No parties or events. No unauthorized guests. If discovered, a fee of $150 per person will be charged and host may cancel booking immediately without refund. Any unnaproved late check out's will result in a $150 fee. Our cleaners have a full day and a set schedule in advance that needs to be respected.
VRBO & Direct Bookings: A 3% non refundable processing fee, or $150 plus tax, whichever is greater will apply to all VRBO and Direct bookings, and will not be returned if the reservation is canceled.
DAMAGE WAIVER
The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $10,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Valley & View prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions
The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation. Renter is responsible for any accidental damage that exceeds $10,000. Damages for covered claims in excess of $10,000 or for uncovered claims will be charged to the Renters credit card. The Damage Waiver program is provided and administered by SafelyStay, Inc.
TRUST AND SAFETY: The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $1,000,000 coverage for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
