The space
We provide a play pen, toiletries, games and free Netflix among other things. We want to ensure that guests enjoy the experience of getaways. Please note that these 2 units are joined from the inside. There is 1 door that goes into an entrance, in the entrance, both units have their own separate door. You don't need to go outside to get to the other unit. We do have a blueprint in our listing that explains it or you can ask us for details.

Unit 1 (2014)
Fully equipped kitchen, open concept dining, living room with complimentary Netflix, full bathroom and balcony. Living room does have a pull out couch for 2 additional sleeping arrangements.

Unit 1 Room
King size bed with TV and en-suite bathroom with double sink and jacuzzi. The bathroom has a door that accesses the bathroom.

Unit 1 Kitchen
Kettle, blender, microwave and all cooking essentials such as complimentary oil, sugar, coffee, tea etc

Unit 2 (2015)
Fully equipped kitchenette with extra coffee maker, utensils and plates & bowls. Room includes a fully equipped bathroom, desk/breakfast table and pull out couch for 2 additional sleeping arrangements.

Additional sleeping accommodations:
We do have a play pen that is perfect for infants/newborns. This unit does allow for 8 adults and 1 infant/newborn. If you require any additional play pens, please let us know.

There is one designated parking spot; additional vehicles must be parked in the visitor parking area.

Additional Details
Guests will not have access to the washer and dryer for short stays. Only guests staying for 5+ nights will be able to access (at no extra charge).

I will not be at the property but we have people in the area that are available for help.

The surrounding area is packed with amenities. Tee off, hit the slopes, hike a trail or make a splash. Explore the unique shops and fabulous restaurants nearby. Visit Casino Rama. Enjoy a night at the opera. Or surprise the family with an outing to the beach, water park, or Elmvale Jungle Zoo.

Many of the facilities are privately managed by Carriage Country Club. Sometimes there may be issues that arise outside of our control, things may be down for maintenance and we are often notified when it's too late. Please be forgiving if any issues should arise outside of the unit during your stay and please bring it to our attention.

Please note that the A/C units in the building are triggered when certain temperatures are reached, so they may not operate like a standard air conditioner.


Partying is strictly prohibited. Any complaints made by other neighbors regarding partying, excessive noise or loud music will be subjected up to a $500 surcharge and may be asked to leave without refund.

Guests are responsible for their own consumables & supplies after the initial reserve provided is used.

Please remember that you're staying in a resort style area. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Please be aware that our property is constantly being upgraded. You will sometimes notice we’ve added new items to make stays more comfortable. There is a possibility our photos may be different than what you see in the property upon arrival.

Please also note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

This is a value-oriented property competitively fairly compared to other units in the area. While everything is fully functional and professionally cleaned before each stay, some cosmetic elements of the home are older or show normal wear. These do not impact comfort, safety, or functionality. If you are looking for a newly renovated or luxury finish, this may not be the right fit. We believe in transparency so guests can book confidently and choose the property that best matches their expectations.

Deposits may be required.
1. All guests must be disclosed.
2. No parties or events.
3. Do not make excessive noise or listen to loud music.
4. Please do not re-arrange the furniture.
5. Early Check in/Late Check out is available at $20.00/hr.
6. Pets are charged $50 each.
7. Guests agree to pay for damages exceeding deposit.
8. You have read the listing and understand everything we provide and don't provide.
9. Any lost or forgotten key will result in a $50 charge. Please remember to bring your key cards with you whenever you leave the unit. If you happen to lock yourself out, there will be a $150 charge for reentry.
