Nestled on the eastern shores of Lake Simcoe, Manor Ridge is in the sunny town of Shanty Bay. Just 13 minutes north of Barrie and an hour from Toronto, Manor Ridge is in the perfect location to enjoy cottage country just outside of the city! Being the 4th largest lake in Ontario, Lake Simcoe offers hours of endless boating with access to Lake Couchiching. Downtown Barrie offers a beautiful boardwalk along the waterfront and picturesque harbour.
PROPERTY
MANOR RIDGE - Arrive via a paved driveway that winds through the beautiful treed lot, past a tennis/basketball court and to the round-a-bout in front of the cottage! A magnificent exterior will take your breath away as you soak in all of the details and professional finishings. Manicured lawns and perennial gardens adorn the property. A front veranda connects the mudroom and screened in Sun Room which features a dining table for and a swing overlooking the lake. Around back, a sprawling deck features a BBQ and various outdoor furniture.

The best feature is the full sized butlers pantry behind a chase door that offers another full sized fridge/freezer, a second sink and dishwasher!

This cozy room offers 2 charcoal grey chaise sofas across from a slate grey gas fireplace. Lower the lighting to the flatscreen TV with the electric blinds. A door to the right walks out to the sun room!

Screened-in room off the wet bar features an outdoor dining table for 10, electric blinds, and a swinging rope bench overlooking the lake.
