Just outside, the private 3rd floor balcony is the ideal place to watch stunning Atlantic Ocean sunrises or to unwind with a cocktail after a day on the beach.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

This was without question the best short-term rental experience. The unit is beautifully updated and furnished. All appliances and devices worked well. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is the most well appointed for all your cooking needs. Communication with the host was outstanding!! We will be back.

Gorgeous Condo with an Ocean View

This location was absolutely perfect.The beach and pool were fantastic and this condo overlooks that gorgeous view. There are three sets of two captains chairs that have connecting tables between two chairs so six people can sit comfortably and enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. My Mom, two nieces, sister and I really enjoyed the time spent there and there are several amenities most hosts don’t include. They had enough household items (laundry, dish soap, paper products) for a couple days. Even some snacks, coffee k-cups, and seltzers in the fridge. Some basic spices/cooking oil, pots, pans, and plenty of dishes as well. The level of security is great as well and provided peace of mind. Everything is well kept and cleanliness of the unit was perfect. I really felt like this place was prepared as a perfect sanctuary for me and my family. The rooms were perfect for our group and had attached bathrooms for each. One has access through the kitchen area but that was great too. The beds were oh so comfy with plenty of options for blankets/comfortors. The communication with the management team was always consistent and so friendly and helpful. I always received timely assistance through calls, text, and email. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with them again in the future! If the dates are available for your trip, book it asap, you won’t regret it.

Weekend Music Getaway

Our group were visiting the area for a music festival as we have done many times in the past. Decided to try an alternative to a hotel. This was a very nice and well equipped place for our three day stay. The only downside was with our busy schedule we didn't get to spend a lot of time enjoying everything the place had to offer. I would consider coming back for a real vacation.
