The large, 4th floor balcony offers a premium view of the Atlantic Ocean and Ormond Beach. A beverage bar and wine fridge are located just inside to help you enjoy lovely ocean breezes and romantic moonlit evenings shared on the private deck.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

Fantastic location, super clean, easy to navigate! This place had all the appliances, kitchenware, etc we needed for our stay. It was close by to Publix and a few other stores. The view was stunning. We really enjoyed the space and the attention to detail. It was perfect for 3 couples. Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

The condo was fabulous. Everything was updated and very nice. Loved that it was 3 bedrooms and baths. Great space to get ready and to just chill looking at the ocean. Check-in was easy and they could not have been more responsive. Highly recommend this place.

The condo was great. The communication with Floridavacayrentals was not!! I thought I was really with VRBO. That is not the case when you have a Floridavacayrental property. I have a list of ridiculous situations I had with them if you would like to know more.

Exceeded all expectations!

This condo was extraordinary! We’ve stayed at many beach properties and this trumps all. It was immaculately cleaned and decorated, the view was perfection, absolutely no annoying noises or disruptions at any time, and the overall stay was simply incredible. Typically we check in somewhere and instantly want to get out to eat or lounge on beach/pool, but the minute we got in the condo, we felt like we were home. We went to Publix and got groceries and didn’t want to leave the property! Though some might complain about the rules, steps for check-in, and security measures that need adhered to, but I believe these regulations are what make this property so great. Not once was I concerned about the safety of our family and we all slept like babies. I will be coming back to Ormond strictly because of this condo. A+++++++

Luxury on the beach

Absolutely beautiful condo unit overlooking Ormond Beach! The unit itself could not have been more perfect! The living space is well designed with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen/dining/living room area is spacious with high quality finishings and comfortable seating. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. And the patio overlooking the beach is a perfect place to enjoy your time outdoors!! The family also enjoyed the pool and shuffle board amenities outside! If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this unit on Ormond Beach is the place to be!!
