The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

No contact with host. Amenities were lacking..no coffee for the first morning, no toiletries for that first morning either. Unit was a bit shabby. Floors by the sliders need replacing possibly storm damage, vinyl flooring in kitchen had slits in it..pool closed for the last week we were there.

Property was poorly managed.

Property management was terrible. The dishwasher was broken and leaking water prior to our arrival and was not repaired during our three week stay. The door key pad was not functioning and it took four days to repair. The garage door was broken by a guest during our fist week and was not repaired during our stay.

Locked Out

We were locked out of the building three times. The noise level on the balcony facing A1A was high and it was difficult to sit outside. The doors leading the the balcony had no screens. I would only stay there again if I faced the ocean.

The unit was comfortable and beautifully furnished. The king size bed was firm and had high quality bedding. Towels, as well, were good quality and plentiful. The kitchen was bright, had decent appliances and ample dishes, pots, etc . There was a brand new waher and dryer. For a 1-bedroom, 1- bath unit, this is very roomy. On the negative side, there was only one set of sheets and the lighting over the kitchen table and in the living room was very dull, not conducive to reading.

Great location & secure condo

Perfect for 2 people, we had 4 which is what the listing originally said the unit would hold but having an air mattress set up for the girls in the living room made it unusable to sit on the couches and hang out. Couldn’t get the tv to work which wasn’t a huge issue just would’ve been nice for down time. The unit looks exactly like pictures and was very cute and clean. Would definitely recommend for 2 people! Right on beach, walking distance to many bars, restaurants and Publix, yet a low key relaxed beach town.

Ormond-By-The-Sea

We were looking for a spot away from spring break crowds with easy beach access, and this apartment was just right. Kim was a terrific host, readily available to answer questions and recommend restaurants. The pool is very nice, and beach chairs are available by the parking spot in the basement. Hint: Check out the spectacular club room on the 11the floor!

New Years getaway

We had an overall great experience. Very clean property and room. Very convenient location. Many great food/ restaurant close by as well as a supermarket. I would recommend this place to others and would certainly come back.
