Arrival/Departure Information:
• Check-in time 4:00 P.M. (must be 21, must be the person on the reservation confirmation with your photo ID, credit card for incidentals)
• Check-out time 10:00 A.M. (if late fees may apply)
• Maximum occupancy 8 persons
• No pets allowed
• 24-hour front desk
• Damages to condo unit are renters responsibility

Payment & Rental Agreement:
• Will send rental contract via e-mail
• Once renter has committed to purchase their name will be put on the reservation confirmation and sent immediately to show proof of reservation.
• For guest cancellations made 29 days or less, all monies are forfeited.
• We will provide you with as much information as we can to help you plan your trip – we are not a travel agency this just happens to be our favorite resort!
