This home is in the perfect area to reach the fun-filled destinations of the rest of your vacation. Featuring a “drive-in” feel theater room, your own private pool and spa, fun themed room for the youngsters in your group along with enough space to spread out and relax, there truly is something for everyone. Each bedroom is adorned with a unique theme and Smart TVs. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. Don't forget the Social Media Wall - fabulous for sharing photos of your one-of-a-kind vacation! For your convenience, there is one bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the second floor along with a loft game room.

Downstairs rooms:

*Room 1 has 1 King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom

Upstairs are the remaining rooms.

*Room 2 has a King-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom

*Room 3 is our Harry Potter themed room with 2 twin beds (shared bathroom with bedroom 4)

*Room 4 is a Mickey themed bedroom with twin bunk beds and a trundle bed (shares a hall bathroom with bedroom 3).

*Room 5 hosts a Queen-sized bed (shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 6)

*Room 6 is the airplane themed room with a Queen-sized bed (shares a hall bathroom with Bedroom 5)



Home Amenities Pricing:



Pool and Spa Heat:

Pool and Spa heat is available for an additional fee of $50 per night plus applicable taxes.

Spa heat only is also available is $25 per night plus applicable taxes.





1 day notification is required to heat the pool and pool spa and must be for the entire length of stay.

*25$ non-refundable trip fee if guest asks for pool heat day of arrival or throughout their stay*







Grill:



We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it





Important Rules/ Information:

- Do not move any furniture or appliances. Nothing is to be moved or modified in the home.

- Renters will need to sign our rental agreement in addition to paying a $65.00 non-refundable payment for incidentals authorization and damage waiver along with a copy of I.D is required prior to check-in.

- All properties are non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.

-Amenities such as paper towels, dishwasher soap, tissue, soaps, toilet paper and paper towels are provided for initial use. If more quantities of the amenities listed above are needed, it would be our guest's responsibility to acquire more.

-The price of this rental is for accommodations only. We make our best efforts to keep all amenities available and in working order (i.e., hot tub, pools, games, internet, pool/spa heat, community offerings etc.) at all times. By booking this accommodation you understand amenities are not guaranteed nor are they included in the price of this listing. No refunds will be issued for any amenity unavailable during your stay. You further understand any resort community offerings are provided by the community and not by us as the host. No refunds will be issued for any community offering unavailable during your stay.

Our cleaning/maintenance team has a cleaning schedule, and they need adequate time to sanitize and prepare the property for the next guests arrival.

If you have a flight that does not depart until later in the day, have no fear! You will still have access to the resort amenities until your departure. If you would like to secure a late check out that will need to be arranged with our staff and if it is available there will be an additional fee.

Windsor Island requires guest's to be registered in order to enter and use the amenities. Prior to arrival the primary renter will receive registration questions that must be answered in order to register guest's.
