Living & dining

Step inside and the home opens into a bright, airy living and dining space that flows straight into a fully equipped kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy breakfast nook make morning routines easy whether you're fueling up for a park day or settling in for a slow start. The open layout keeps the whole group connected, and the dining table gives everyone a proper place to gather at the end of the day.

 

Game room

The converted garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room stocked with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, and a PlayStation 5 console - a genuinely useful space on rest days or rainy afternoons when the parks can wait.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 11 guests across five bedrooms and five private bathrooms. On the first floor, two king master suites each feature walk-in closets and ensuite baths. Also on the main level, a princess-themed queen bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom. Upstairs, a Star Wars-themed room with twin beds and a final bedroom with a double and single bed each have their own ensuite bathrooms - giving every age group a space that feels like theirs.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen comes equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics and dishware you'll need. A dining table seats the group for shared meals, and initial supplies - including dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels - are provided to get you started.

 

Bathrooms

All five bathrooms are private ensuite spaces. Each is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Hair dryers are available, and at least one bathroom includes a bathtub.

 

Outdoor & pool

Step through the covered lanai into a screened-in heated pool and spa - a private space to unwind after a day at the parks. Outdoor furniture is provided so you can make the most of the Florida evenings.

Windsor Hills sits in Kissimmee, within easy reach of the full Orlando theme park corridor. Walt Disney World is approximately 8-10 miles away (around 15-20 minutes depending on the park and traffic). Universal Orlando Resort is roughly 16 miles out (20-30 minutes), SeaWorld is about 12 miles (20-25 minutes), and Disney Springs is approximately 8 miles away (15-20 minutes). ESPN Wide World of Sports is just 5 miles from the door. For shopping, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets and The Mall at Millenia are both within 25-35 minutes, and LEGOLAND Florida Resort is approximately 30 miles away for a longer day trip.
