THE SPACE
Spacious, quiet and calm - just what you need after a long day at the parks or convention - with a luxurious seating area and 65" Smart TV, a fully-equipped kitchen open plan kitchen with granite work tops and breakfast bar has everything you might need for a quick breakfast to a gourmet meal. The cook can chat with people perched at the bar or relaxing in the living area. There's a counter height dining table for 4 and also seating at the bar. The den offers a quiet area to work at a good size desk and there's a comfortable futon sofa bed for 1 person.

BED & BATH
This spacious home offers 3 large bedrooms. The master suite has a fabulous King bed with new, pillow-top mattress, 46” Smart TV and a huge en-suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower and screened toilet. The guest wing has a king room with 37” HDTV and a further room with 2 double beds and 37” TV plus a full family bathroom. The living room leads to a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy a cool drink on warm evenings. Pack light! There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room in the unit.

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

DIGITAL GUIDE
We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
