MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. Two (2) per bedroom + Two (2) additional guests

OCCUPANCY. The Contracting Guest must be at least 21 years old, occupy the rental property for the entire length of stay and comply with the occupancy terms herein.

PAYMENT and CHECK IN. Full payment is collected at time of booking. The Contracting Guest must present a valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card upon check-in. Please note that the credit card provided will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am; additional charges may apply for early arrival or late departure. We cannot guarantee early arrival or late departure.

PARKING. Guests and visitors are only permitted to park in the garage or driveway of the home per the community bylaws. Parking along the side of the street or on the pavement or sidewalk is strictly prohibited.

KEYS AND LOCKS. The Management Company will provide door codes to Guests which will expire upon departure in accordance with the checkout procedures.

AIR CONDITIONING: Air conditioning must not be set below 70° or heat set above 78° and the fan setting should not be changed from Auto.

SMOKING. Smoking is prohibited in the Homes.

PETS. Encore Resort at Reunion welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged as $40 per night per dog. A maximum of two dogs per Home is permitted. Accommodation type and location restrictions may apply. Dogs must be on a leash when outside the property or fenced yard. Dogs should not be left in a Home
unattended. The guest must seek approval to bring a pet(s) prior to arrival. Inquiries may be made by phone. A $75 penalty charge will be applied every day an unauthorized pet occupies a home. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs. Certified service dogs are welcome at the property and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.

Where to start

Upon arrival the air conditioner was not working. After 5 hours and 3 calls someone finally showed up to fix it. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. It took 4 days and numerous calls before the pool cleaning company came out. After talking to management I was offered a $200 credit to use at the resort. I guess that is what they see as fair compensation for not being able to use the pool for four days. Was notified someone might be coming by from the cable company to exchange cable boxes in the house. He showed up one afternoon and spent 2 hours trying to get them to work before calling someone else to come join him. So for almost 5 hours we had two strange men in the house going bedroom to bedroom changing out cable boxes. Not exactly the way you want to spend a vacation day. The wifi stopped working one day so I placed another call and was told someone would be right out. No one showed up but it did start working again the next day. The day after that I actually got a call back from the resort stating their technician was at the house to fix the wifi but no one was there. Like other reviews mention for a house of this size it is severely lacking in pots and pans, cooking utensils, a toaster and other items typically found in the kitchen at other VRBO homes.

Fabulous Stay

We had a great time. The house was just as advertised. More than enough room for 18 adults. Really nice neighborhood. Pool was fantastic. Really nice kitchen with two refrigerators which we loved because we like to cook. We will not hesitate to book another stay at the resort.

Beautiful house but horrible response from management

Let me 1st say, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I like to read reviews before booking. This house has many pros but the cons began to take over. Pros: House is just as beautiful or even more so than the pictures. Immaculately cleaned inside, fresh smelling and clean linens. Very spacious, the pics do not do it justice. If you are booking this home know it’s beautiful. What was aggravating and negative was the handling by Encore team to some pretty simple issues. Since my arrival, pulling into home driveway, I have been notifying the encore team about garbage from prior guest just laying by the side of the house and not picked up. (no big deal, just please get it up). No resolution. Multiple daily calls and 2 visits from staff were useless. By day 3, maggots began to take over and the stench in the front yard was unbearable. On my departure day (5), is when the garbage was removed finally. Respectfully, I bagged my garbage and placed in garage until garbage day. The pool water was cloudy since day 1 (not a huge deal) made many calls but no response until day 3 when a pool contractor came and and dumped 1bucket of chlorine in and left. It still remained cloudy. Called again , same reply” we will take care of it” but after multiple calls and messages, we left the same cloudy pool we arrived to. Paid for pool heat, worked one day off the next, on the following off the next ??????? Now 
..This is my 4th time staying at encore and I am quite appalled at the lack of response to fix these things with some urgency. I was literally begging any representative I spoke with for some resolution. Managers were “forwarded” my information but never called me back as they stated. On the morning of check out I called the helpline at 8am and refused to get off the phone until a manager came on. Do not call after 9:30 as you will be on hold forever. He was respectful and listened to all my concerns and was able to see all the call logs I’ve made. He took my information and called me back as promised. Reunion has agreed to refund me one nights stay because they know this was completely unacceptable. ( still waiting for refund). I live in south Florida with my own pool. Why would I pay $6000 for this. I really enjoyed staying at ENCORE RESORT and have recommended it to so many people, but this left a bad taste in my mouth for sure. The refund was thoughtful of them but they need to do better !

Beautiful home but needs more kitchen supplies

The home is beautiful and there is ample room. There are two refrigerators and two dishwashers which is great for a large number of people. So what I didn’t understand is why so few pots and pans and kitchen utensils. We had to call the resort office to supply us with a large frying pan and a cookie sheet and a can opener during our stay. Someone really needs to go into the home and do an inventory of things needed fior the kitchen.

Nice house but disappointing community

The house was very nice and as described, but lacking in cooking supplies like pots and pans and kitchen utensils. Also pool seating was minimal considering the house could have slept 18. Our biggest disappointment was how loud the neighbors were. This community was advertised as a family community but it seemed to be more of a party community. Even though there was a supposed noise ordinance after 11:00 pm - almost every night there were parties going on well after midnight. Every house has pool alarms but most houses didn’t seem to care if they were going off every few minutes. We asked the property manager if they could help with this but to no avail.
