Guest Access:

You will have exclusive access to the home and free onsite parking is available (in front of and across the street of the townhome) on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 2 cars allowed.



The Neighborhood:

Clermont, tucked away in Lake County, Florida, is just a stone’s throw from Walt Disney World Resort. The area stands out with its rolling hills and prime spot along Lake Minneola, part of the Clermont Chain of Lakes. If you’re into water sports, fishing, boating, or wakeboarding, this place is a paradise.



You’ll also find plenty of parks to explore, like Lake Louisa State Park, where you can camp, hike, or swim, all within easy reach of Orlando. Golfers are in for a treat too, with courses galore, including the famous Jack Nicklaus-designed course at Mission Inn Resort.



Downtown Clermont is where the action happens, packed with local shops, restaurants, and cafes. The community vibe is strong here, with events happening year-round—from outdoor movies and 4th of July parties to the Sips and Salsa Festival, weekly farmers markets, and food truck Fridays. Getting Around:

Car rental is widely regarded as the most convenient and cost-effective option for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Clubhouse access isn’t available at the moment as we’re still waiting on the key. We appreciate your understanding in the meantime.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool heating is available upon request and is not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
