Guest Access:

Property Access:

- Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a security guard. All guests gain full access to Solara Resort which include amenities such as an amazing pool, waterslide, hot tub, outdoor spaces with loungers, a fitness club, and much more.

- The resort is open daily at 8AM – 8PM; extended to 10 PM every Thu–Sat starting June 18.



Parking:

- You can park 1 vehicle in the driveway. Additionally, there is extra parking available across the street on a first-come, first-served basis.



The Neighborhood:

In addition to all of its on-site amenities, Solara Resort is conveniently located just minutes from the top theme parks in the world, plus plenty of world-class shopping, dining, and local entertainment.



Disney Parks (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach): ~20 - 25 minute drive

Universal Parks (Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay): ~30 minute drive

SeaWorld: ~28 minute drive

World-Class Shopping & Dining (International Drive, Downtown Orlando, and Kissimmee): 28 - 40 minute drive

Groceries & Convenience Shops (Publix, Target, and more): 6-10 minute drive



Getting Around:

The gated entrance is attended 24 hours per day and just minutes from Disney World. The community is located at the end Westside in between the US192 and Champions Gate. This a great location giving you easy access to the restaurants and the theme parks.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please note that washcloths are not provided—kindly bring your own for your stay.



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs. each is allowed. A pet fee of $139 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. The fee is $35/night per service or $59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. At least 24 hours’ notice is required if you would like to add this service.

• Rent a Pack 'n play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
