Guest Access:

Parking:

Street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Please note that the parking is a short walk from the unit.



Property:

• Guests will have full access to the unit.

• The guest pass is valid for a period of 7 days and must be renewed at the security gate every 7 days. When a guest arrives at the gate, they will be required to present confirmation of their booking, which should include the Upstay/property address, either in a printed form or on their mobile device.



• Clubhouse is open from 5am -9pm daily

• A $50 pool fee is required to use the facility. Please go to administration during business hours to get a pool pass.

Located at Ventura; a gated community with an 18 hole semi-private golf course, pro shop, and driving range. The community is private but the golf course is open to the public. The community also features a clubhouse with a grand ballroom that’s newly renovated, a dining room, a meeting room, a fitness center, a restaurant, and a library.
