Kids of all ages will love the game room, inspired by Disney’s The Lion King. This jungle-themed space includes a full-sized pool table, four classic arcade games, and a large Smart TV for streaming favorites.



The Toy Story bunk-bed playroom is perfect for little ones, featuring life-sized light-up “Woody,” colorful mushroom stools, and playful decor. Plus, a secret Star Wars themed hideout room off the ensuite bathroom includes another TV for extra fun.

Windsor Cay Resort is the newest vacation home community in the Orlando Disney area, just a short drive to all the major theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios. Great news! The Reef Club at Windsor Cay Resort officially opens on July 2. All guests staying at Windsor Cay should now use the brand-new amenities at The Reef Club rather than Windsor Island Resort.

Other Things to Note:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE ***

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the Kids Splash Area will be closed from February 17–19 for annual preventive maintenance.

• To ensure smooth access to Windsor Island, guests need to be registered in advance. The HOA office is open Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, and last-minute registrations may not be processed. Please provide the names of all guests aged 18 and up in a timely manner so we can handle the registration for you. Thank you!



• The closet in bedroom 3 has been converted into a TV room specifically for the kids.

• The backpacks you see in the bedroom are purely for decoration and add a little flair to the space. While they look great, they’re not available for guest use. Thanks for understanding



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

- Planning a BBQ? Your rental comes with a complimentary full tank upon arrival, and if you need a refill during your stay, we offer a convenient service for just $69 as a one-time charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

- a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee).

- a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion.

6. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
