If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers in the Resort.
Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases.

Keyless entry for your convenience, with the door code provided before check-in date.

The pool is cleaned and treated weekly for your comfort.
Pool heating is available at an additional $40 daily fee (plus taxes) for a minimum of 3 days and for your entire reservation.
* Request must be made at least 3 days before check-in, with payment to be sent once requested.
A pool fence with a gate is provided for added safety.

We provide a BBQ grill for your convenience, with an extra service available for post-use cleaning and propane gas refill at a cost of $100 (plus taxes).
This service must be requested prior to your arrival date.

Bath towels, linens, and pool towels are thoughtfully provided for your convenience.

* If you need a pack-n-play or highchair, please let us know in advance, and we will be happy to provide them as a courtesy.
