‱ POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



‱ GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Vraiment un mauvais séjour


Belle grande maison, mais wow combien mal entretenu
 peinture dĂ©fraĂźchie, chaise avec des barreaux qui cassent
.. tĂ©lĂ© qui ne fonctionne pas, Manque de tout dans les armoires, ustensiles, chaudrons manquant etc etc
 le pire c’est la piscine, filtreur et pompes qui ne fonctionne pas, eaux dĂ©gelasse

 on appel pour entretien et pas de rĂ©ponse! Je ne conseille pas cette maison Ă  personne!!!

AAU Nationals Getaway

Within 5 minutes of entering home we discovered property had bedbugs. Contacted property management at around 4:05 pm on 7/2/25. It's now been 16 days and we've yet to receive a refund. The property management team has added my numbers to the block list and refuses to answer. In the process of disputing charges with bank because this group lacks basic customer service skills.

Great place to stay

Upon checking reviews I was kind of skeptical about staying at this location however I am glad we did. Pictures showed exact views. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you may need if choosing to cook. Had no issue with gate entry just keep in mind you will have to be let in each time and side gates are closed after 10 so will have to use main entry. House was keyless code entry which made it easier as didn’t have to carry additional keys. Only negative was that we did have family members say rooms were hotter at night but they did accommodate by having boxed fans to help.

Excellent house and pleasant stay

No complaints about the house itself. My only comment is the that the access to the house was a little bit uncomfortable due that every time you needed to pass through the entrance gate you had to wait for a the security guard to let you in.

Racecation 2026

Myself and 11 others travel south each what for Speedweeks in Daytona. We stay in the Kissimmee area because there is so much to do. This was our 4th year and by far our favorite house we have stayed in. The house was clean and just like the picture. The backyard had plenty of room for all of us to relax and just chill out. Great home!!!

Needs some TLC
 lots of minor issies

Stains on carpets, scuff marks on walls, could use fresh paint, ping pong table broken, foos ball table so rusty we were afraid to touch it. I paid for pool to be heated and it was not. Filter in pool did not appear to work properly. Bugs everywhere. We had to borrow a pool skimmer from a neighbor as one was not available. I’ve emailed the property management so far with no response.

Beautiful house in great location

We loved staying at this beautiful house. It is huge! The facilities are excellent, the pool is lovely. We were 7 adults and we were able to have a huge bedroom each with a big bed and our own bathrooms. Two large fridges and two dishwashers in the kitchen were a boon. The pool heat and jacuzzi were not switched on when we arrived and the management company did not respond to emails. We were out all day so couldn't phone. Eventually after 3 days we managed to phone and they did respond quickly. Oh, there is a TV in all the bedrooms but they don't work! Might as well just remove them. The house is really well located - quick to get to the I4 freeway for the theme parks and Highway 192 with all its shops and restaurants. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.

Not a bad option for the price point but needs some TLC

A fair sized property in a good location. We were relatively happy with property but some areas need improvement, WiFi was spotty (an issue when travelling with teens!) The sofa was broken on arrival and so rendered one of the seats unusable, downstairs master bathroom only had 2 of the 7 lights working which meant using the loo with door to bathroom open as otherwise no light. Not a major issue but frustrating from a well placed property. Thanks to whoever left pool towels previously too!

2022 Family Vacation

The house is HUGE. It fit our family perfectly. We loved and enjoyed the pool. The only issue we had was there was only one towel in each of the eight bathrooms. It wasn’t a big issue for us as we had taken our own. I would definitely stay again.

Celebrated my birthday with friends the location and property was just right. Any issues were addressed right away. Just some minor things like the place wasn’t dusted in awhile and we couldn’t use the grill because it was left dirty whoever was there prior didn’t clean it. But over it was a good stay and would definitely stay there again.

Could have been better

Was super excited to stay in Florida with friends and family for my birthday. Just wanted to soak up some sun and be in the pool. Reached out days before our stay requesting the spa to be heated for some late night hot tub time. When we arrived the house had long black hair in every room including the pool, the sheets were dirty on multiple rooms, ants all over the master bathroom and a cockroach in one of the upstairs rooms :( also, pool sticks were broken. We were so excited and just wanted to have a good time. We bought some pillows and washed all sheets and towels. Heater for spa ended being damaged and we did not get heat until the 2nd to last full day of our 7 day stay. All in all, Florida was great to us
. Not so much this house tho. We did leave pool floaties and beach towels for the next group to enjoy and I hope they have a better staying experience in this house then we did!

Golf trip

While there were a few maintenance issues having 8 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a real plus. Two refrigerators and two dish washers really made storage and cleanup easy. Not having cable TV was a bit of a problem. Make sure you have a streaming service if yo want to see specific programs. Overall this was a good fit for our group.

Great vacation

House was beautiful perfect for 8 guys on a golf trip, my only recommendation would be to have more towels and more Pat's and pans for cooking, the pool was wonderful and the heat was great the only issue was the hot tub didn't heat up the pool was warmer than the hot tub we called and left a message but that issue never got addressed. But none of that was a big deal would definitely stay there again and reccomend to friends.

Perfect property

All was exactly as advertised. All was clean and tastefully decorated. We cooked in the home and didn't lack for pots, pans or utensils. Bedding was comfortable. The back yard with pool and sauna was beautiful. We plan on returning to this property in the future.

Beautiful Property!

If you need a large house this is the place for you! The house is huge, plenty of room to spread out. The pool is beautiful and lots of games for the kids. Very nice location, so close to parks and shopping. It could have used a little more cleaning but it didn't stop us from enjoying every minute. Would definitely rent again.
