Yes, had a couple questions which were answered in a timely manner. House was beautiful, but couldn’t figure out the tv, followed the directions but still didn’t work. My bad, I should’ve called for help. I love sun and spent almost all day, everyday on the pool deck. I will be coming back next year if the house is available. Thank you

This house is amazing. It is such a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything I needed. I enjoyed the pool everyday. It is close to attractions. I totally enjoyed my stay and I will stay here again.

It was just ok.

Property served its purpose. Went to the parks and it was an ok place to rest for the next day. Property needs some maintenance and updated. Landscape lights by the front walk damaged, palm tree by the front door needed trimmed, interior looks like it has the original paint, many touch ups with the wrong paint, teeny tiny tv in the master bedroom, pool lights didn't works, beds were very uncomfortable, not enough towels for an accommodation of 6.. Sad it really is a cute place close to everything, just needs modernized and updated.

Wonderful property!

Beautiful, clean home and pool area. Pictures are a perfect representation of the space! Our family of 4 had a wonderful visit and had zero issues with the rental. Highly recommend!

Overall not a bad stay

First I’d like to say the communication with the management was amazing, they responded almost immediately whenever I had a concern. The house itself is the reason I gave it 3 stars. It was clean and spacious but it had some downsides. The kitchen has very minimal supplies to prepare food, stuff like pots and other supplies were missing. There was also a small ant problem when we got there but that was easily fixed. The beds were very uncomfortable along with the pillows, it seems nice hey hadn’t been replaced in a while. The tv in the living room never really worked right so we couldn’t watch anything when we were trying to relax. If you stay here just make sure you do a whole walk through of the house to make sure nothing is broken. Besides all that the house wasn’t bad, AC worked great and the pool was amazing to have. It would have been nice if we were able to open the garage and park inside but it’s not a big deal.

Disappointed with our stay.

I don't write many reviews, but felt if I had read this kind of review, I would've stayed somewhere else. I also hesitated to write this review because I have a rental property and for the most part the rental house is a good property, very comfortable, modern kitchen, and a nice outdoor patio with a pool. There was one major issue we had with the rental property. On day one, my kids noticed a lot of ants pouring in from the corner of one of the bedroom window. We called the support number provided and they sent pest control out right away. Pest control sprayed the external parameter and placed an allure on the external window to draw the ants out. That night my kids came to the bedroom several times because the ants were crawling on them. In the morning when I checked my phone, I noticed something running a cross my screen (much smaller than the ants we saw earlier). I later learned those ants are called sugar ants. I didn't realize how bad the ants problem was at the time. Later that night the ants issue was very noticeable in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, I took video and pictures of the sugar ants on the night stands and head board of the master bedroom. In Addition, we called the support number again to ask what our options were after multiple sleepless nights with the kids. We were told all other properties were rented and they could send pest control back out. We waited all morning and most of the afternoon for pest control to come which was understandable because it was Sunday. However, we couldn't go to the local theme parks because we wanted to make sure we showed them the problem areas. Pest control sprayed all interior walls and placed bait traps in the bathrooms. The bait traps worked well for the bathrooms but the bedrooms remained a problem. Furthermore, the kids never used the pool because there were a large number of dead gnats in it and no pool net to clean them out. We did not notified the property management about the pool issue. We did see someone come to clean the pool on our first full day of the rental. When we got back to our home, we went to Home Depot to buy a gallon of home defense and sprayed the interior walls of a room in our house. We placed all of our travel suitcases and everything that was in the rental property in that room. We have been home for two (2) full days now and have encountered two (2) sugar ants thus far.

Amazing House

House was nice, location is good and loved the neighborhood. Just wished it came without the ants. Ants were crawling in the bed and in the bathtub. Get that ant problem situated and the house is amazing

Good value

Overall, very nice stay. Property does need some updating, but we were very comfortable. You will need to bring household items like hand soap, dish soap, and toilet paper though. There is a Publix very close by though. We needed to contact Rebecca one time during our stay and she was available and very willing to help. Not as close and easily accessible to Disney/Universal because I4 is terrible, but we did Legoland, and a day trip to Tampa among other things, and it was a perfect distance for that.

Nice quiet location.!

This property is perfect for a family of 6, located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants near by and a Publix (supermarket) couple miles down the road. The pool it’s a must if you have kids, we had a problem with getting the pool heated, but it was quickly taken care of by the management company. We recommend this property to families with kids..!

Perfect vacation!

We had a perfect, relaxing vacation! This home was perfect for our family’s spring break! We had everything we needed, the house was very clean, fully equipped and the pool was perfect! We were able to get groceries at the nearby Publix and relax for the week! The neighborhood was quiet too!
