The Space:

2) INTERNET DETAIL: Provider Spectrum with up to 100mbps speed Wi-Fi. (wireless speeds may vary)



3) PET FRIENDLY: Pet Fee: $250 / per 1 pet - 2 pets or more $150/each (non-refundable). Animal Service and ESA policy: In accordance (four-one-three-zero, nine/ 2022), service animals and Emotional Support Animals are welcomed. A written request is required at the time of reservation. While no documentation is necessary, please note that knowingly misrepresenting the use of a service animal is a second-degree misdemeanor, punishable, under sections (seven-seven-five-zero-eight-two-zero-eight-three. Stat 2022). To ensure we can best accommodate you, kindly let us know what tsks or work service animal has been trained to perform.



4) PRIVATE POOL & SPA DETAILS: Northwest-face pool. Deep end 5Ft. This property is equipped with the pool heater, It can be added to your reservation for $35.00 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days.

If your reservation has less than 3 days, the minimum payment still applies. The request needs to be made 24hrs prior to the date you want it to start.

Security information: The sliding door that allows access to the pool area is equipped with a mounted to the doorway alarm, that sounds when the door is opened without first pressing the bypass/reset button - warning you that the kiddos are on the move toward the pool. Please note that the pool doesn't have a safety fence around it.



5) Grills are not allowed on the property.



6) EXTRA & CONCIERGE SERVICES: Keep in mind, extra/concierge services are optional and NOT included on the reservation price. For example, but not limited to: Pet fee, pool heater, grill rental, house grill use, early check in, late check out, mid-stay cleanings. Please check prices and availability.



7) The screen doors of the enclosure area of the private pool are kept padlocked for your safety & security and for liability reasons. Only the pool cleaning staff will access it once a week for their regular maintenance service visit. 10) WILDLIFE & PESTS: The properties are in Florida, a State with lakes, ponds, and conservation areas, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, lizards, toads, snakes, lovebugs, armadillos, deer and alligators are most common, and though they may be a nuisance during certain periods of the year, caution should be taken when hiking outdoors. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, bees, water bugs, also live nearby. On that note, please keep in mind that the property has a regular pest control service, but we cannot guarantee against guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this. If you have an issue with pests or wildlife at the property, please contact us, and we'll do our very best to remedy the situation.

My family and I stayed at the Themed Mickey Bedroom at Solterra.The house was beautiful neat and very clean.My children enjoyed the pool and the decoration in all the room was amazing.We enjoyed this home and definitely would stay again.

Not recommended

While the host was fantastic, responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with—there were quite a few downsides to this rental. All six beds were incredibly uncomfortable, easily some of the worst I’ve ever slept on. The cleanliness was a major issue: there was hair in the shower, boogers (or what looked like) on the walls, shampoo or a similar product left on the counter, and visible mold or mildew on the bathroom fan.Supplies were also minimal for a week-long stay.. only two trash bags and two tiny dish pods were provided. The pool alarm was incredibly frustrating. You have about three seconds to get in or out before it starts screaming a high-pitched alarm, and you have to push a button every single time you enter or exit.While the listing made the location sound ideal, the constant traffic at the security gate, even around midnight, made it more of a hassle than a perk.Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this vacation home. I wish I had spent a little more for a cleaner, more comfortable, and better-maintained option.

Great property...

We had a great time at this property. The only issue was that the listing said it was pet-friendly, but at check-in, I had to sign a contract stating that pets are not allowed. This was confusing and made me worry about having problems with my pets. There were also signs inside the property saying no pets, which led my family to think I was breaking the rules. I suggest updating the listing to avoid this confusion. Other than that, the property is great and the manager was very helpful.
