The Space:

After a full day at the parks, you step back into a home where laughter echoes from the kitchen to the living room, and the kids drift into their favorite themed bedroom. The layout feels effortless, letting you focus on together‑time rather than the weather outside. Every corner is designed for easy, relaxed evenings with family.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. Two upstairs bedrooms each feature a king size bed, a walk‑in closet, and an en‑suite bathroom for adult privacy. The downstairs bedroom is a playful kids’ retreat with a bunk bed—full size mattress on the bottom and twin on top—plus a walk‑in closet, a dedicated bathroom, toys, costumes, and a ball pit. All four beds are ready for a comfortable night’s rest.



Living & dining

An open living and dining area centers the home, with a flat‑screen TV for movie nights and a full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances. The kitchen flows into the dining space, keeping conversation alive while meals are prepared. Free Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace with a smart lock entry let you stay connected and check‑in smoothly.



Family‑friendly features

Beyond the themed bedroom, children can explore an indoor play area stocked with toys, a tent, books, and an arcade game. These spaces give younger guests room to imagine and play while adults relax nearby.



Community amenities & parking

Guests enjoy shared access to a community pool and gym, perfect for a refreshing swim or a quick workout after a day of theme‑park thrills. Free on‑premises parking accommodates two vehicles, adding convenience to your stay.

Situated in Kissimmee, the home offers easy access to Orlando’s major attractions while providing a quiet, family‑focused base. The setting stays comfortable year‑round, making it simple to plan your itinerary without worrying about seasonal changes.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
