The ground floor opens into a contemporary living and dining area with backlit wood paneling and an electric fireplace, flowing into a chef's kitchen with island seating. Behind the sliding doors, the screened pool deck holds the private pool with attached hot tub, plus a summer kitchen with built-in grill, beverage fridge and lounge seating.

Upstairs, the home theater and bar lounge sit together as one connected Disney-themed space, with mirrored Mickey silhouettes, neon Mickey hands, a vintage popcorn machine and a retro bar fridge. Across the hall, a Mario Bros game room runs the full width with a billiard table, two arcade machines, gaming chairs and floor-to-ceiling murals. Then come the three themed bedrooms: a Princess castle bunk in pink and lavender under a crystal chandelier, a Harry Potter room built around a Diagon Alley mural with brick walls, Hogwarts crest and a hidden secret passage, and a Toothless dragon room with stone walls, Viking weapons, and an elevated bunk with a tubular slide built into the wall for the kids to escape down.
