Located only minutes from Disney World and in the gated Emerald Island Resort featuring a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, gym & sauna, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, mini golf, kid`s playground and more!

- The community recently started charging a $20 per car access/resort fee. We do not agree with this, and they do not enforce it, so we`ll leave it up to you if you want to purchase the access card. POOL/SPA HEATING FEE = $55 per day, and must include your entire stay.
- Must be added to reservation prior to arrival.
* Pool disclaimer: Although we will set the pool temperatures to 86, no specific regular pool temperature is guaranteed by this service. During and after cold fronts, or in winter generally when days are short, pool heaters may struggle, or even be unable to keep the water at the same temperature until the weather gets warmer.
* The optional pool heater service must be ordered and paid before our service personnel can turn it on. We suggest ordering pool heat prior (48 hours) to your arrival. Without optional pool heat, pool temperatures can go down to 50-60°F in December to March depending on the weather.
* The pool heater will help to warm up the pool faster when it gets warmer outside, however, you should not expect “bathtub temperatures” during, or after Central Florida winter cold fronts or cold nights.
* Unfortunately, we are unable to activate / deactivate the pool heater on short notice or provide refunds for previously ordered pool heater service. We reserve the right to make pool heat unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs.
* In case of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heat charge for the time the heating service was not available to you. No further credit will be given if pool equipment fails or is unavailable for any reason.

POOL WEEKLY SERVICE:
Our pool is serviced once a week to ensure the PH is just right for our guests! Please do not be alarmed if you see someone on the patio checking or servicing the pool. Service days are typically on Tuesday or Wednesday.

BBQ Grill: $69 for the entire stay, which includes one propane tank.

Early Check-In (subject to availability):

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: $100
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: $55

Emerald Island Resort Amenities and Clubhouse:
This private gated resort includes outstanding facilities, including a lakeside beach clubhouse featuring a large resort-style swimming pool with tiki bar, relaxing lounge chairs, fitness center, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, playground and more, providing enough entertainment without having to leave the community.

- All trash must be placed in trash bags first, and then in the cart by the garage. Trash pickup is daily, but it MUST be in garbage bags. We suggest bringing extra garbage bags.
- DO NOT leave doors and windows open. Florida is hot, the a/c will stop working and you`ll have insects, or lizards visiting you indoors.
- Accidents happen. Inform us immediately about any damage. This way we can ensure the house remains in perfect condition for all our guests.
- To ensure maximum cleanliness for all our guests we ask that no shoes, food, or drinks be allowed in bedrooms, or loft area.
- No pets: Although we love pets and animals, unfortunately we cannot accept your pet into our home, because we have other guests and owners who are allergic to animals.
- No parties or gatherings of groups larger than the confirmed reservation total. Be mindful of the noise level for our neighbors.
- No tape, adhesives, or anything sticky allowed on walls, furniture, stair railings etc.
- Remotes controls must be left in the rooms they belong to.
- Remove any leftovers from the refrigerator or any other personal belongings.

Pool heating fee is extra $40 per day if requested
- Heated temperature is pool 86
- Heating during the winter months is not guaranteed if outdoor temperatures are under 60.
