LOCATION: This dream location is on an elevated lot overlooking the 14th hole of Reunion's Jack Nicklaus golf course. With the southwest facing pool this Villa is truly a heavenly spot, especially for an outdoor family dinner and relaxing with friends poolside in the evening sunset.

LIVING AREAS: The open concept living areas include a beautiful gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, walk-in pantry, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Additionally, the easily accessible courtyard features a built-in grill and summer kitchen. Adjacent is the gracious formal dining area with vaulted ceilings and seating for 12. The family room has been designed for comfort incorporating a 65' 4K Roku Guest TV , comfortable sofas and additional seating with access to and views of the pool deck, golf course and beyond.

There is a wonderful covered patio accessed from the family room and is equipped with fans, patio seating, outdoor dining for 12 and a standalone grill. This is an ideal location to monitor kids in the pool while relaxing with spectacular golf views throughout the day. It is amazingly beautiful and romantic in the evening at sunset, ideal for that pre-dinner poolside cocktail.

A fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer and sink is also located on the first floor of the Villa.

ENTERTAINMENT AREAS: The recently remodeled theater room will provide hours of fun for adults and kids alike. It features a big screen (85") smart TV with Roku, an XBox 360, theater lighting and comfortable reclining theater seats with under-chair lighting and USB ports. There also is a standup arcade game featuring more than 1,200 of your favorite arcade games! Additionally, the courtyard has recently been updated to include a seating area, outdoor pool table and string lights so the fun can continue even after dark!

POOL: The pool is southwest facing - this means all day sun and incredible sunset views. The spacious pool deck and balcony include plenty of loungers to enjoy and soak up the sun.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS: The primary suite is located off the family room and offers a spa-like bath with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, large vanity and spacious walk-in closet. This bedroom offers French doors with access to the sitting area on the back patio.

Another King suite is located on the main floor and features access to the courtyard and a private bath. A guest powder room is located adjacent to the family room.

On the second floor, overlooking the golf course, are three additional bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature king beds with attached baths. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 queen beds and has hall access to one of the King suite bathrooms. All three second floor bedrooms have French doors leading to the second floor balcony which has breathtaking views across the Nicklaus golf course and resort.
