The home itself is an experience all its own, designed to make every guest feel both pampered and at ease. Start your day outside in the spacious screened-in lanai, where the private pool glistens beneath the morning sun. Sip coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats eight, soak in the bubbling hot tub, or recline in one of the inviting lounge chairs as palm trees sway in the background. Inside, the open-concept living room welcomes you with two cozy couches, floral accent chairs, and a large smart TV—ideal for movie nights or lazy afternoons. The space flows effortlessly into the formal dining room, with a large table for eight, perfect for shared meals or celebrations.



The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring warm redwood cabinetry, rich granite countertops, and sleek stainless steel appliances. Whether you're cooking a feast or prepping a quick snack, the kitchen nook—with seating for four—is the perfect spot to gather and chat. This home is equipped with three (2) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the entryway path,

o (2) located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway and street,



This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in 6 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with bedroom #3, with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom shared with bedroom #2.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #6 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink and an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway and street parking for 5 vehicles available, passes required and provided.

• High chair and portable crib provided.

• Stairs required.

• There is cable and Smart TV in the downstairs living room and upstairs loft.

• Solterra community access: Upon entry, guests will pay a $48 fee for a Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym. Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue 5 car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

• Patio grills.

• Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable. If there is not a BBQ on site one MIGHT be able to be added depending on availably and HOA regs. Cost to rent a BBQ off site is $150/week and cannot be guaranteed.

• Pool heat.

• Please be advised that the pool heat is not included in your reservation cost. If you would like the pool heated, please contact our reservation team prior to your arrival and they will advise you on the additional cost to heat the pool and the spa. Charges for pool heat are non-refundable unless the heating system is experiencing issues. Pools need a minimum of 48 hours to heat properly. Pool heat is added for the whole stay or none of the stay. There is no partial pool heat allowed due to the high costs to bring up the temperature in the home.

• Cold fronts in the winter months (60 degrees) can cause the electric pool equipment not to function; this does not constitute mechanical failure and refunds for pool heat will not be issued. Home with heat pumps can only pull heat from the ambient air, and generally only 15-20 degrees above ambient is the temp the pools can get to.

• Community amenities such as pools and hot tubs are subject to weather, repairs and availability per the HOA. Orlando does get lightning, hurricanes, hail storms, wind and a variety of other weather extremes. We cannot guarantee availability with HOA amenities. Please call us if you are concerned if a community amenity is available or under repair.
