This villa has been renovated to be your home-away-from-home oasis. There are 5 contemporary decorated bedrooms. Each of the 3 master bedrooms offers a king-sized bed, 55" SMART TV, en-suite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms are themed for kids of all ages to enjoy, also including 55" SMART TVs and one with a bunk-bed and slide!

The main level family lounge area is a spacious open area with pool views visible through the large sliding doors. Enjoy free cable TV shows on the 65” SMART TV.

Meal-time? The 8-person dining table is a perfect spot for group meals and the breakfast bar has soft velvet stools, so you can enjoy a quick snack or your favorite breakfast to start your day in comfort.

You won’t have to go far for entertainment. The Theater room includes a 120” projection screen with 8 Italian leather cinema reclining chairs. Gaming more of your style? This room also includes PS5 / XBOX consoles and dedicated 55" TVs for each. There is also a brand new custom stand-up arcade machine with over 9000 classic games!

The upstairs lounge area has even more activities available. You can play a game of pool, foosball, or watch the game on the 65” SMART TV.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY property - up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Additional charge of $50. If there are any accidents or damage caused by your pet(s), you will be charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500. No animal soiling in the property, please take your pet on walks. No pets in the pool.

- Pool Policy: **Please note: this property has a pool - pool heat fees apply. Additional daily charge of $30 for pool heating.

- Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.
