As you walk into this home, you are greeted by natural light and an open concept layout. Your living space features an open floor plan with multiple seating areas, allowing the entire family to cook, dine and hang out. You will love the kitchen with its upgraded appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Enjoy your comfortable sectional, separate seating area, and beautiful dining area that comfortably seats 8.

Step out onto your private lanai, grill up a great lunch with the summer kitchen with BBQ and enjoy your meal at your outdoor patio table that seats 6. Watch as the family splash the afternoon away in your own private pool or layout on one of your 4 sun loungers and enjoy some Florida sun with the sunny west-facing pool deck. With the west-facing view you can enjoy the sun during the day and the magical Florida sunsets.

On the ground floor, the garage arcade room features professional arcade games, including Batman riders, Pirates riders, and a basketball game, in addition to Xbox and PS5 gaming systems. Guests of all ages will be sure to enjoy this fun space.

Also on the first floor is "The Pearl Dream Suite". This elegant suite boasts a private en suite bathroom with double shower and a double sink. This is the perfect option for those who wish to have their own privacy away from bedrooms on the second floor.

Head upstairs and enter into "Mickey's Dream", a fun game room with pool table and large TV. To complete the space, you'll find a morning kitchen with sink, fridge, and coffee maker. It is the perfect hangout room.

Off this room, you can step into a fairytale in "The Princess Dream Suite". Inspired by beloved princesses, this room offers a double/double bunk bed in your very own castle. This room has its own en suite bathroom.

Also on the second floor are three additional suites with breathtaking designs. "The Royale Dream Suite" offers a king bed, a large en suite bathroom with shower, separate tub, and double sink. It also features its own balcony with views of the pool and golf course. "The Spring Dream Suite" has a king bed with private en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a doll house complete with tiny furniture for the little ones to enjoy. Finally, "The Hero Dream Suite" with a double/double bunk bed is designed with adventure seekers in mind. Each bunk even has its own TV. This room also has its own en suite with shower.

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
