Located in the Terra Verde Resort, an upscale community in sleepy Kissimmee , this home is only 5miles from Disney World, 15miles from SeaWorld, and 15miles from Universal Studios.
this charming 4-bedroom, 3bathroom pool townhome is a great place to stay when visiting the Orlando, Florida-Disney area. Fully air conditioned and security alarmed private pool home, 4 bedrooms which consists of; King size bed in master bedroom, bedrooms 2 is a Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a double bed and bunk beds and 4th bedroom has double bed and bunkbeds a one couch in living area.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and more. Full size washer and dryer. Free WiFi and Cable Game console is also provided so you can browse the local websites and plan out your days. The pool area has a screened enclosure.

good location

Everything was as stated, good location, the resort was nice and everyone that worked there was friendly. The only suggestion I have is to get a new bed in the downstairs bedroom, it is horribly uncomfortable and dips in the middle and get more wash clothes. The only wash clothes were those in the master bathroom and I must be old school and still use them? Other than these 2 things, it was a good stay. Thank you!

House and pool were nice, it was the little issues that were not fun!

This place does sleep 12, the pool is awesome. Almost everything was clean as well. The outside furniture has seen better days and need to be cleaned. However I am not sure who is responsible for normal maintenance to the property but there were so many little things that made this a place we may not stay again. Also, the downstairs bed was incredibly uncomfortable with divits in it. The place sleeps 12 but there are not even 12 places for a person to sit between the kitchen and living room so we found that inconvenient. The downstairs shower had an issue, she did have it fixed the third day but it was obvious it was an issue for awhile. Items like tacks sticking up, toilet seats not attached, freezer door handle broke, no pot holders take things out of the oven etc. Also the air conditioning, each night and each time we left it reset to 76. I finally asked for that to stop and I was told it is all up to me, but miraculously it stayed cool after that for the last nights we were there. We learned this is completely a vacation community with owners barely living there so the owner here may not even know it is getting run down. The owner was very responsive so that was very nice! We went to the tiki bar, decent drinks, had some appetizers and they were ok as well. The bartender was personable and we enjoyed that time. So yes this is a very mixed review because it was spacious and really with some tweaks it could be completely awesome, community is nice as well.

Great stay for our family

This home was perfect for our family. Not only was the location close to Disney parks, but it had an indoor heated pool, home was clean, check in/out process was a breeze, overall communication was great, had plenty of space and house was pretty updated for the most part. Would stay here again, thank you!

Everything we needed (private pool, clubhouse w bar, snacks, and heated pool). Plenty of room in the house. Unfortunately, the air conditioner didn't work properly 2 nights of our 5 night stay. The owners responded promptly and worked to get it fixed. They said they were going to replace it after our stay. Reasonably priced and would stay again if the ac is replaced.

House is fairly clean. Plenty of room and bathrooms. I would suggest your own toilet paper unless you like using stuff that feels like cardboard. Kitchen has everything. Wifi is not that great but plenty of tvs. Washer and dryer work good but the one door is broke so it wants to fall off. So besides a few little things the inside is nice. Outside is nice as well. There is a hole in the screened area that needs fixed. Almost had a raccoon come in there with us. Before we got there I did have to message the host for the number to get in. Instead of sending it before I came I had to ask for it. Also the pool was green for the first 2 and a half days we were there. Theh fixed the issue but it should have been good before I got there. Also the pool is freezing cold. There is a heater pump on the outside for it but I didn't touch it so we had a very cold pool the whole time.

Very nice area and property. AC wasn't working but owner had someone out super fast to fix it. Nice having private pool for use. Small items we didn't bother the owner with (dryer knob didn't turn and freezer drawer was loose) but overall house and amenities made our trip very comfortable.

I would book again

I read the reviews and was a little nervous but my options were limited so we rented. The community there is amazing. Greatlocation, great pool area, just an awesome place to be. The condo was a little dirty but it wasn't gross. Not like crumbs and food mess or anything. The dishes were clean. There were a few things broken, like the shower door falls off of the track into the shower if you aren't super careful. The knob on the dryer requires pliers to operate the dial. But it wasn't anything that made me regret booking. In fact I'd book there again. It's very reasonably priced.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse. The staff at the resort are super friendly and our check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The owner communicated with us regularly to ensure our stay was pleasant. The property is in a gated community and we felt very safe at all times. The house was nice and clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of extra towels including beach towels. We especially liked the pool and pool area. Conveniently located near Disney parks, Seaworld, Universal, airport, and many restaurants and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this townhouse for a family that’s looking for place to stay.
