The host was very communicative and accommodating throughout our stay. The house was perfect for our needs and was immaculately clean. Great Stay, but Mattresses Need an Upgrade

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and very clean home. The location was perfect, and the pool was a huge hit with our kids—they absolutely loved it! The only reason we’re not giving five stars is that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and felt very worn out. They definitely need to be replaced. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here!

Perfect home away from home!

2dn time we rented from Eric. Did not disappoint.. Some parts of the house need a tochup, but all worked fine. Good value for money and close proximity to stores, restaurants, Disney (20 min) and Universal (30 min)

We had an excellent experience at this property. It was exactly as depicted and promised. Highly recommend! The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The home was immaculate, simply furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, and had easy access to golf courses, nearby attractions and shopping . The host was very responsive and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way!

Clean, Quiet, and wonderful stay with pool

This house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed lots of swimming and lounging by the pool. The water was perfectly heated (extra) and made it so enjoyable to use. The master bed and queen beds were very comfortable. Didn't really use the twin beds. The house is very very clean and Eric was very responsive and made sure everything was good. We didn't need him for anything but was nice to know he was available if needed. We stayed at another rental of his last year and that was one reason I chose him again was very clean property and great communication. We didn't cook so I can't speak of kitchen supplies but the fridge/freezer worked great for our left overs, ice cream and beverages. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage. Location was great! You are near so many restaurants and Congo River Putt Putt was a almost daily go to for us with their weekly pass. Oak Park is not far and had really nice tennis courts and a wall to hit on. You are also just about an hour from Lego Land which is the only park we went to this year. You are closer to Sea World and all the other parks depending on traffic. Thank you Eric and Jenny for a wonderful rental. We will definitely stay again if we come back to this area!

Beautiful home near Give Kids the World Village

Our family had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we needed to be near Give Kids the World Village. A five minute walk or one minute drive. Plus very accessible to all of the theme parks in Orlando. This was a special trip for our family and we’re so grateful to the hosts for providing a beautiful place to rest at the end of the day. We’ll book again if we’re ever back in Kissimmee!

It was AWESOME

My family and I greatly enjoyed staying at this property. It was close to the parks and at night when we'd come home (so tired) it was great to be able and relax in the pool. This was the first time I've rented a house for a stay like this and it is just so much more comfortable for everybody then trying to cram everyone into even a really nice hotel room. Everyone having their own space at times made the trip that much better. We'd stay there again, even if we weren't planning on going to the parks.

Country Music Festival Stay

Due to another rental cancelation we found this rental at the last minute. It was everything the host said it was. Host reached out a few times to make sure everything was going well. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciate consistency with what the host says there space is and what actually is when we got there. This isn't always the case, but it is with this one.
