L'appartement rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© (septembre 2018) avec WIFi est situĂ© dans le cadre magnifique du Tuscana Resort Orlando sĂ©curisĂ© et fermĂ©. DĂšs la minute oĂč vous arrivez Ă  la station, vous ferez l'expĂ©rience de la magie de cette station spĂ©ciale qui est magnifiquement amĂ©nagĂ©e avec des plantations luxuriantes et un boisĂ© privĂ©.

Le complexe Tuscana dispose d'un grand complexe de piscines avec bassin pour enfants séparé, bain à remous, cinéma de 30 places, centre de fitness, snack-bar, restaurant, bar de taverne, espaces barbecue, tables de pique-nique, services de spa et wifi gratuit. Il existe une variété de restaurants à proximité, allant des fast-food aux restaurants préférés des familles, l'épicerie Publix et la pharmacie Walgreen sont également à proximité.

Le célÚbre Walt Disney World avec ses quatre parcs, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Epcot et Animal Kingdom ainsi que Universal Studios sont à une courte distance en voiture. Il existe également divers magasins d'usine à proximité si vous avez envie d'une thérapie au détail.

L'appartement a subi d'autres mises à niveau en septembre 2018, qui ont complété les mises à niveau en 2017, tous les meubles de la salle à manger, du salon et des deux chambres ont été mis à jour à un niveau élevé avec une redécoration complÚte et de nouvelles télévisions dans le salon et des chambres.

L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à six personnes, il y a une chambre double, une chambre lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon qui peut facilement accueillir deux adultes.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une cuisiniÚre et un four électrique, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un lave-linge et un sÚche-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser, une cafetiÚre, des assiettes, des tasses, des bols, des casseroles, des plats de service, un grille-pain et une bouilloire.

L'appartement est à la porte de Champions Gate qui possÚde de nombreux terrains de golf dont un cours conçu par Greg Norman.

Overall the place is fine. I was pretty upset that my bedding had hairs on the pillowcase when I arrived but they had extra pillows and I was able to do laundry so that helped. The front door lock needs replacing as it gets stuck and isn't easy to deadbolt. Definite fire hazard. It's a good location, overall has what you need. If they hired a new cleaning crew to do better deep cleans between guests I think that would go a long way. Having your previous guests in charge of putting in the laundry can raise risks of it not being done properly or to your standards.

The overall experience was good. The location was good pertaining to the activities we had planned to do in Orlando. The condo was the perfect size for the four people we had with us. The pool was nice and bigger than what the pictures show. Tons of seating around the pool. This is not related to our condo but this is part of selling the condo and that’s the bar & grill. The Bar & Grill on site that also serves the pool area was not very good. I believe it went through new ownership recently. The drink selection was very minimal. Offered a few “canned” beers, nothing on tap. The mix drinks were mainly a few margaritas and a couple cocktails. Only had a couple vodka’s, some rum and a couple whiskeys. That was it. We only ate one item, the loaded nachos and they were actually pretty good. Ordered them again two days later and they totally forgot about our order. The staff is very raw and inexperienced and hopefully they get experience and give more opportunities to serve more options.

The apartment was incredible, and it was exactly what we were expecting! We appreciate the host for great services! The only thing that we did not like was that the fire alarms went off from what we believe was the shower steam? The security guard from the facility had to come remove the alarms for our stay, and commented that this happens frequently. I have never experienced fire alarms going off from something so simple, but I was glad the security guard was able to help.

Very nice apartment, this is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Tuscana, 3 different apartments, this one was the best. Well equipped, clean & comfortable. The area is ideal, very close to Disney, easy to find your way around. Millers Ale House, Chilli’s & Red Robin are within walking distance. Nice Publix 5 minutes away by car, would highly recommended

We had a great week here, using the condo as a home-base while our daughter competed at a dance competition at Championsgate. It was a quick 30-min drive to Universal and a central location to drive to the Gulf and Atlantic beaches. The condo was very clean. The owner and the house manager were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. We asked to stay an extra day on the front end and the owner made that happen very quickly. At one point a dog was barking at 6 AM and the house manager was incredibly helpful, doing everything she could to make sure it didn’t happen again the following morning. Thankfully it didn’t happen again at all!The owner did mention the beds had new mattresses before our stay, and they were very comfortable. The condo/twin bathroom had an upgraded fresh look, but the primary bathroom shower wasn’t great. The community pool was nice but the orange cabanas looked tired in person and needed a power wash. Overall it was a great condo to rent while we were in Orlando. It fit our needs exactly.

 location is perfect, lots of entertainment/ restaurants in the surrounding area, facilities great. A few notes of feedback
 one of the beds in the double bedded room was not cleaned (popcorn found all under the sheets), in the welcome manual the details on where to place the garbage was not clear, the front door locking mechanism is very lose and at times hard to unlock door. Just a few other cleanly areas with crumbs, carpet stains near couch (upon arrival). The start up supplies were extremely helpful and appreciated. Thank you for a great weekend.Fawn

Great location if you want to be close to all the Disney parks... also, lots of places to eat within 5 minutes... pool was great to relax in and the staff of the bar and restaurant were very helpful... inly downside was the traffic on I-4 but, overall, a great stay
