Welcome to our 5 Bedroom private Pool Villa located in Solara Resort. You will enjoy great family moments in this spacious home!

Our home is located in one of the greatest home vacation rental resort: Solara Resort, which is 15 minutes form Disney Parks!

Also within 5-7 minutes you have access to restaurants, supermarket, golf courses and more...

POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $50 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay).
Important message:
We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties.

POOL TOWELS - We provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.

BBQ Grill - Patio with alfresco dining and BBQ grill (let us know in advance if you plan to use the grill; we must apply a $75 fee to cover the cost of setup and cleaning)

PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the clubhouse parking which is 0.3 Miles from the house.

SHIPPING POLICY - All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS (be aware USPS doesn't deliver in Solterra Resort). Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.

VALET TRASH PICK-UP - Door-step collection begins after 11 AM - 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes.

PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

Solterra Resort is an ideal resort for your Disney vacation. Just a short drive from the parks (15-20 minutes, traffic depending), a short distance to Championsgate Area, and within a couple of miles of restaurants and more shopping.

Location: Fleming Mist Place, Solara Resort (Entrance through Hilton Ridge Ave; the gate is operated by the attendant across the street at the other gate)

A Day at our Home & Solara Resort
Wake up in a comfy bed after a restful night's sleep and get ready for the day. Enjoy your first cup of coffee before the kids wake up, and then get ready for an amazing day at all the attractions that Central Florida has for you.
Explore the parks with ease from this central location. Drive just 14 minutes to the parks, then return to your designated parking spot at the Home.
Pick up dinner ingredients on your way home and skip the overpriced park meals! There's a Publix and restaurants within 5 minutes drive. Eat inside or out. There's a dining table on the patio or a dining table inside where you will enjoy great family memories!
After dinner, pile into the comfy living area or the TV Area upstairs to have fun with friends & family, or take the kids for one more dip in the pool before they crash in their comfortable bedroom.

Guest Interaction
Guests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Columbia Vacation Homes does not have a 24-hour staff. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.
If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, you will be good! The door is controlled with an electronic code.

· We provide you with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Monday through Friday.

· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
