The Space:

The Living Room/Den has beautiful leather furniture. The fresh decor is warm and welcoming every time you walk through the door. Here, you'll find a 50" TV, DVD player as you relax and enjoy the view of your private pool and spa.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There's plenty of prep space and storage. Everything you need for creating family time and family meals is available for your use, including service for 10+.

When not on the private patio enjoying the sun and pool/spa, the game room is very inviting. It has a Pool Table, Air-hockey table, a PS4 with controller and games, and a smart TV. There is also a laundry area attached with a full sized washer and dryer.



The water park will be closed beginning January 5, 2026, and February 14, 2026, for refurbishment.



For those traveling with babies or young children, pack and play, stroller and crib matt/bed guard are provided.

Other Things to Note:

1. Required to sign the rental agreement form.



2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time.



3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance with fee. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.



4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed.



5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional prices. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane.



6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service.



7. Villa phone service is provided to you with unlimited calls to the United States and Canada. Occasionally, the cell phone signal is not very stable in the house, we are very sorry for that.



8. Please help us keep this home in tip-top condition by leaving the home as you found it. If there is anything in the home that needs our attention please kindly let us know.



9.This will be a self-catering house.



10. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book this vacation rental.
