Pool Heat (We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April). NOTE: If the temperature falls below 50 degrees, the heating unit may not heat the pool adequately and may shut down. The pool will only heat approximately 10-15 degrees above the outside temperature during the cold months (If pool heat was not ordered and paid for 24 hours prior to arrival date, allow 24 (plus) hours for the pool to be fully heated. Heating times will take longer in colder temperatures.

This beautiful home at Encore comes with 9 Bedrooms + a bonus room and 8.5 baths, with 4,630 square feet of floor space and 10 beds to accommodate up to 18 guests. Enjoy incredible amenities like a private pool, and convenience to Disney World (18 minutes).

First Floor: Garage – Game Room / The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances and gourmet cookware for homemade meals your group will love. The living space is open concept and connects the kitchen with the living room and dining room for unobstructed social living. A 10-seat dining table and 4-seat breakfast bar also contribute to the communal atmosphere, and give you the option for both formal and casual dining. Furthermore, has a full washer and dryer to make doing the laundry easy and free! Keep up with the laundry and make a clean getaway.

External Area: In the back of the home you'll find a large pool & spa. A patio furniture facilitates including a half bathroom. Optional pool heating also lets you enjoy swimming during Florida's mild fall and winter months. A barbeque grill (also optional) even lets you enjoy the weather while you cook! The grill and pool heating can both be ordered at time of booking. Pool heating is recommended for the months of November through April in Orlando, and requests should be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

Second Floor: On the second floor, with 6 master suites that let you enjoy all the comfort and privacy of the home. In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, the second story features a living room with TV a mini fridge and this home comes equipped with free Wi-Fi and cable/satellite TV.
