Conveniently located near Disney parks (14 minutes), Universal Studios (27 minutes), Seaworld (20 minutes), Outlets (26 minutes), and the airport (28 minutes).

CLEANING AND BEDDING:
We ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization before each check-in. Our bed linens and towels are professionally laundered after each check-out, providing a clean and cozy environment upon your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Guest Access:
The Spectrum Resort pool is not available to guests due to membership requirements and community restrictions; access is for owners only.

GUESTS CAN USE THE FOLLOWING POOLS AND AREAS:

Seven Eagles Pool (heated pool, gym, and two Jacuzzis). You can also enjoy poolside drinks and dining at Cove Bar & Grill (on-site).
Gathering Loop Pool, perfect for families with an additional kids' pool. There is also a spa for relaxation.
Heritage Crossing Pool
Carriage Point Pool
Sandy Ridge Dr Community Pool and Splash Pad, recommended  for parents with small children.
Tennis Center (G) - pool, mini golf, pickleball, tennis
PARKING:
Free parking is available in front of the Spectrum Resort club. Upon arrival, you may park in any available spot.
Parking in front of the building is allowed for up to 15 minutes for loading/unloading groceries and luggage. Guests will need to walk from the parking lot to the loft.

RULES:

Check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before arrival via email.

No smoking, subject to a fine.

No pets allowed, subject to a fine.

No events, parties, or large gatherings, subject to a fine.

Must be at least 21 years old to book, subject to a fine.

Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.

Supplies provided upon arrival:

1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers per bathroom.
In the kitchen: 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher soaps, and 1 paper towel.
In the laundry room: 2 laundry detergents.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASHCLOTHS due to hygiene issues.
If your stay is longer than 2 days, we recommend shopping for additional cleaning and bathing supplies at Walmart.

In all bathrooms, we provide bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house can accommodate.
All beds come with sheets, duvets, and pillows.

Note: We do not replace bed linens and towels during your stay. All our houses have a washing machine and dryer.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES):
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.

If the online seller uses USPS, it will not be delivered, as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses, and the package will be returned to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FEDEX will leave it at the doorstep.
Important:

We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout. Please carefully check to ensure all your belongings are removed when leaving.
We are not responsible for any issues with online purchases made by guests.
Furniture and decorative ornaments must not be moved without prior permission, subject to a fine.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and dispose of trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep the home clean.܏
