The Space:
The pool is waiting, and so is the hot tub. Tucked inside the gated enclave of The Abbey at West Haven, this five-bedroom Davenport home gives groups of up to ten a generous, well-equipped base across two floors - with room to spread out, gather together, and slip outside whenever the Florida air calls. Whether the days ahead are packed with theme-park visits or built around the pool, the home is set up for both.
The space
The ground floor opens into a comfortable living room that flows through to a dining area large enough for the whole group. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to stay connected, and ceiling fans and central air conditioning keep the home comfortable throughout. A washer and dryer are on site, and the home is stocked with bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and an iron - everything in place for a stay of any length.
Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms spread across two levels sleep up to ten guests. The layout includes one king-size bed, three queen-size beds, and a bedroom with two twin beds - a configuration that works well for families keeping adult and younger guests on separate floors. Four bathrooms are distributed throughout the home.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen comes fitted with stainless-steel appliances - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - plus a coffee maker, hot water kettle, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A dining table seats the full party for shared meals. When the mood calls for it, head outside to the BBQ grill and make use of the patio.
Outdoor living
The private pool and hot tub take center stage outside, with both available to heat on request - as inviting early in the morning as they are after a full day of exploring. An outdoor dining area and patio extend the home's living space into the open air, and free on-site parking keeps logistics simple for groups arriving by car.
Location
Set within the gated Abbey at West Haven community in Davenport, the home comes with access to a clubhouse and the ease of a secure, residential setting. Disney World and Universal Studios are both a short drive away, making this an easy launchpad for multi-day theme-park itineraries - or simply a comfortable home to return to at the end of a full day out.
Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to all Resort amenities.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in the small and exclusive gated development of The Abbey, part of the prestigious West Haven community in Davenport.
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway in front of the property.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
