The house was amazing for our big family Disney trip! We couldn’t use the pool as much as we wanted since FL had a cold snap, but that’s ok! There was plenty of room for our 12 people (including 3 kids under 9). The host responded quickly to every message and was very helpful!

The host was very responsive and the house/community was just as described. The house itself did have some normal wear and tear in a few areas which is to be expected, but nothing that affected functionality, usability, or our stay in any way. I definitely recommend this property and community to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation with lots of amenities and attractions near by

The house was beautiful & a great location but we wouldn’t stay there again. Quiet time was not enforced & the neighbors had parties outside on Thursday-Saturday afternoons/nights. Loud music, swearing, smoking, weed, etc. This was not ideal for our group traveling with young children. We had an issue with the pool heater. When we got there we sent a message saying it wasn’t working. The response was “the pool heater is on.” No offer to come look at it. The next day we found the heater & it had an error on it. A tech didn’t show up to fix it until 4pm the next day so we had 3 days of our stay without it working. The security gates were difficult. Some days they were wide open. Some days there were lines of cars trying to get in because the QR codes weren’t working. Overall we feel this property would be good for people traveling without young children & those that don’t mind the party atmosphere.

This house was an okay choice. As we did enjoy the size of the home, the pool, and the amenities, the beds were worn and the linens are very worn. It took us an hour to even get into the gated community. No one could open the front gate. We were sent to another location only to be told they couldn’t help us (and the security guard was extremely rude). The internet and TV situation was terrible. I called and left a message for someone to help us as the bedroom televisions in multiple rooms wouldn’t connect. I never received a call back. It’s an okay place to stay but updates need to be made and communication needs to be improved.

A nice area and accommodation for a large group. Nice size rooms and plenty of patio space to be comfortable. Upon arrival, the lock appeared to have been dug at with a screwdriver or something which gave a feeling of insecurity. The blinds on the sliding door to the pool were broken off and not replaced for our stay. The trash bin outside was only really big enough for one 13 gallon trash bag full and the dryer hose was pulled out of the wall because it was clogged apparently. This is a “ gated” , somewhat community
.. meaning IF the gate opens!! This was a fun game of “ when the gate opens, go like hell!!, lol. Everyone racing to follow you in because they have had the same trouble before. All in all, we had a nice time and dealt with these shortcomings just fine, had a good nights sleep and enjoyed our time in Kissimmee.

Good space, needs work

The space of this house was excellent. Overall, clean. There were many small issues with the house. Broken gates at entry of park, difficulty obtaining a working gate key for the one gate that worked, zero kitchen towels, many broken door locks, no tp holders in some bathrooms, towel holders either non-existent or broken off of wall, kitchen fridge handle very loose, and broken pool cues. We've had great luck with VRBO rentals in the past and this one fell short of those. As my brother put it, it seems like this has been used multiple times as a party house and it needs some work.

Great Neighborhood. Not for early bedtimes!

Property was great and so were the amenities. Neighborhood is a bit of a vacation spot/party area so lots of loud late night parties. But we had a great time.

Perfect house for multiple families!

We had four families, 15 people, in our party and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was spacious enough that we didn't feel cramped. The number and types of bedrooms were perfect for our size. As another person had posted, we did buy pool/beach towels as there was not enough for showering and pool use. We were only 5-6 miles from Disney, Sea World and Universal and MCO airport was only about 13 miles. Target was literally right down the road and Publix was only a little further from there. The community gates gave us a little trouble because they were having technical trouble with the QR codes, but it ended up being fine. The resort access with the lazy river and water slides was nice for a day, but you could only bring in clear water bottles, so it was just more worth it to hang by our pool with our own food/drink without having to spend money at the snack bar and drink bar. Overall would Definitely recommend this home for large gatherings!

Storey Lake was a great location and the house was clean and beautiful. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and a short drive to amusement parks. We all enjoyed our time there.

Fun Getaway in the Sun

We enjoyed very much this house and its location. The house was a great size and had lots to keep 4 kids and 4 adults busy. The pool and patio furniture were great and able to keep us entertained and enjoying the sunshine. We did pay to heat the pool and were very happy we did so. Beyond the house the amenities close by are so great - a quick walk down the street to Target and many other stores, park with play equipment, access to the club house with water slides, lazy river and more and not to mention a favourtie in our house - the daily ice cream truck! Would come back again in a heart beat.

Great location, but worn down

Overall, the place was as advertised. However, the home itself was worn down and you can tell no maintenance has been performed with all the renters there. Air Hockey table didn’t work, wires were cut, arcade game did not work and pool table felt like it could fall over any moment. Two TV’s upstairs had no remotes, no kitchen towels only. No dishsoaps, hand soaps, only one garbage bag. Also, had service frustrations re-entering the community at night time w security. Property manager failed to share a QR code and security access that was needed and no instructions on where to attain this code. Took over an hour to be let in at 11pm after full day with kids at Disney. Spoke with others that experienced the same situation. Again, great for a short stay while visiting nearby area, but improvements can be made

Perfect place for a family get away.

This house is spacious and adorable! We loved the theme rooms and the location. The pool was amazing. We had requested pool heat but there was some misunderstanding
 but the next day the pool had heat. That was awesome. Also some confusion on what time check in was. One place said 4 and another said 5. I tried to ask for clarification via email and never got a response. Other than a couple of the toilet paper holders being loose and the handle on the net for the pool, everyone was comfortable and happy! This place would be next level amazing with some beach towels and a few things for the pool. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
