The Space:

Four parks, two parks, or no parks at all - however you choose to spend your days in Kissimmee, this two-bedroom townhome inside FantasyWorld Resort gives you the kind of home base that makes a Florida family trip click into place. The resort's amenities are steps from your door, Disney is a ten-minute drive away, and everything in between is yours to explore at your own pace.

 

Living space

The first floor opens into a bright entrance foyer that flows naturally into the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Comfortable seating surrounds the TV - a good spot for winding down after a full day at the parks. Sliding doors lead out to a private screened patio where you can sit in peace with a morning coffee, sheltered from the Florida breeze. A full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer round out the ground floor, so laundry stays easy no matter how long you're staying.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The first bedroom is set up with a double bed and closet space. The second bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have their own TV, room-darkening shades, and fresh bed linens - everything arranged for a proper night's rest before whatever the next day brings.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home when you want to - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes, cookware, and cooking basics. A dining table gives the whole group a place to sit down together. To start you off, the home is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are well-appointed with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. Towels and extra pillows and blankets are provided.



Resort Amenities



As a guest at FantasyWorld Resort, you'll have access to resort facilities including pools, hot tubs, a lazy river, fitness center, clubhouse, game room, playground, and park shuttle service, all within a gated community. Off-street parking is included.



Please note: A $150 resort fee must be paid directly to the resort upon arrival for access to and use of the resort amenities.

 

Location

FantasyWorld Resort sits in the heart of Kissimmee, with shopping and dining close by and Walt Disney World just 4 miles away - around 10 minutes by car. Disney Springs is 6 miles out (12 minutes), SeaWorld Orlando is 7 miles (15 minutes), Universal Studios is 12 miles (20 minutes), and Old Town Kissimmee is 2 miles away - about a 6-minute drive. Orlando International Airport is 20 miles from the property, roughly 35 minutes.
