The ideal base for your family, this is one of the more popular "end units" with spacious floor plan, two master suites and balcony, situated close to the Clubhouse and amenities.

This comfortably furnished and spacious home is located in a peaceful area in the Regal Palms Resort and Spa.

A modern upgraded Disney area Town Home located on Regal Palms Resort. This great Florida villa offers easy access to the Disney parks which are a quick, traffic free and straight forward drive away in just about 15 minutes to the nearest Disney park.

This home offers a spacious living area with comfortable seating area, Flat Screen TV, dining area, (with table and chairs seating 6); fully fitted kitchen with stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cookware. The sunny rear porch looks out towards the pond with a tranquil fountain.

Main ground floor level accessible bedroom with its attached full bathroom (shower over bathtub). This room has a queen size bed, flat screen TV.

On the upper floor the spacious Master Bedroom (with en-suite facilities with Roman tub) has a King Bed and Flat Screen TV, and enjoys a balcony for morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Bedroom 3 has a pair of twin beds and is decorated in a contemporary theme and is equipped with Flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4 also has a pair of twin beds with neutral decor and is equipped with Flat screen TV.

There is a full size laundry, with washer & dryer. FREE wi-fi internet throughout the home.

Regal Palms Report is located in Davenport, Orlando just a 15-minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom and surrounding attractions and within a 35-minute drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Aquatica. It is also within 25 minutes from LEGOLAND.


Regal Palms is a private Gated resort which can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards, all facilities on Regal Palms are solely for resident guests use only.

Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre Waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two large tropical pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! Alternatively, you can take a dip in the bubbly hot tub. Dive in Movie nights are held once a week. There is also a children's play area, Gym, gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5-minute walk from the complex, you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club. When you arrive at the Check in at Regal Palms you will be given a band for entrance into the Pool area.
A Publix supermarket, bank and chemist are within walking distance from the resort. A Walmart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.
Additionally, a multitude of restaurants including, Applebee's, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Italian and Japanese restaurants are all a very short drive away.

All this on your doorstep - yet just an hour's drive away to visit the beautiful Florida Coast.

Resort Fees are commonplace throughout the lodging and vacation rental industry. A couple of non-major hiccups upon arrival that the host was quick to tend to. The unit itself is spacious, quiet and comfortable. This was our 4th stay at Regal Palms and we will be returning next year. Location is awesome with tons of amenities close by. I feel that the rental is priced right.

Well stocked kitchen!

I was very impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. I brought 2 bins of kitchen supplies as other units I have rented lacked supplies for a lengthy stay. Will be coming ba k next year - without the bins!

Perfect vacation townhome

We recently stayed at this vacation townhouse, and it exceeded all expectations. The place was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our family. We found everything we needed, and the comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight was the resort pool, a refreshing oasis, and the fitness center, conveniently located and well-equipped. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort and amenities for a memorable vacation. Highly recommended!

Comfy home away from home.

We found the property to be well equipped and as described in the listing. It has lots of dishes, cookware and containers for what we needed for four adults. The beds were comfy, the air conditioner kept the condo cool. Great view of the pond and just short walk or drive to the pool area. Convenient to groceries and restaurants. Would book again. centrally located to fields for the Russ Matt spring break tournaments!

Perfect family getaway

This condo was perfect for myself, my husband, 4 kids and our 80 year old granny! Located 40 ish minutes from the airport, Universal Orlando or Disney it was perfect. Plenty of close by shops and restaurants. The pool was super fun and getting to watch wildlife in the pond out back was so cool. Would definitely go back.

Nice Property -- Responsive Owner

Property was pretty much exactly what we were expecting. Distance to theme parks was reasonable. Very close to shopping. Owner was always very responsive to my question/concerns before and during my stay. Property was clean, not spotless, but clean. Had a small issue with some pests getting it. Owner sent out an exterminator for spot treatment and did not have an issue for the remainder of our trip. Kitchen was well stocked for 8 people. Living room only had seating for 5 (unless you had all little kids) and dining table could only seat 6 or 7. Would have like another couch in the living room and a folding chair or two for dining. Beds were comfortable. Clubhouse with pool, lazy river, etc. is a great feature to have if you want a relaxing day on your vacation. And the three swimming tubes supplied were a welcome surprise. Biggest issue for us was the HVAC. We were there in September were the temperature was around 90 with humidity. The HVAC system could barely keep up (it was always on). We had to keep the blinds closed (so it seems like a dark property) and the thermostat set to 75 (by request of the owner). It did not feel like 75 more like 77-78. We just never felt cool.

Great Property

Just as it looks in the pictures. Plenty of room for the seven of us. Property is clean and well equipped. Slight teething issue when arriving but was quickly solved with a phone call to the property owner, even though it was late at night. Would happily recommend.

Great property

Nice clean property. Very friendly staff. Communication with property manager was excellent. Just as a note; it was closer to Disney than Universal so very convenient of going to Disney. Pool area was very nice. Overall we were very satisfied with the property and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for my family of 5

Plenty of space. Clean & as described. My granddaughters loved the lake. Every chance my 9 year granddaughter got she was at the lake looking at the turtles, she said they were her best friends. The lazy river & pool were a great way to spend our days that we didn’t go to any parks. Only disappointment was the tiki bar wasn’t open the evening I went down to have a drink. Not a big deal and not the renters fault. I’m just saying that was my only disappointment.

Great safe spacious location

Everything was great about this place. Located in close proximity to many attractions such as Disney World, Sea World etc. The nature view with the pond was great. Very spacious and comfortable stay. Owner was very responsive to our needs!

Snowbird Stay

We really enjoyed this property. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials. It was roomy and had worn but comfortable furniture in the living room. The beds were comfortable as well and our view of the pond in back was so pretty each day with birds and ducks. We liked the location as well! Would stay again!

Disney Trip

Great location for our trips to the Disney and Universal parks. Plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool on our off day from the parks. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen was well equipped for breakfast. The carpet and blinds are showing their age, but everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a few questions before our visit and Daniel answered them in a timely manner which made us feel welcomed. A few more basic items would have been nice, bathroom tissue garbage bags. But over all we would rent this place again.

We had a wonderful time at our stay at Regal Palms. Just a heads up though that there are no extras. You get one paper towel, 1 toilet paper, no laundry soap ect. Be prepared to bring your own or buy while down there.

Perfect for our family

This rental was perfect for our needs. Spacious for the family, everything we needed was there. House and resort is a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Very much enjoyed the lake out back seeing plenty of birds and turtles. Overall, a great time.
