VERY Beautiful house and exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. CLEANLINESS is of utmost importance to my whole family and everyone was pleased and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and the neighborhood is beautiful. I would love to return. 3 washers and 3 dryers!!! AMAZING. Pretty close to Disney and Universal (we went to both)Slight downsides- a lot of unexplained gnats in kitchen and bathrooms, very dull knives, no seasonings (we left a few), you have to buy toilet paper if staying more than a day or two. Also- you have to request and pay for heat in hot tub. We didn’t know so we didn’t have the “hot” tub

Fantastic Experience

We stayed in this property in April 2025. We had a large group of 6 adults, and 6 kids ranging from 4-14. Everyone loved the property. The location was amazing. There was more than enough space for our entire group. The property manager was extremely easy to get in touch with and all of ours questions were answered promptly. One of the adults in our group is paralyzed from the mid chest down and was able to comfortably wheel around the main level and with our assistance of a small lip at the entrance was able to enter the property.and utilize the large main bedroom on the ground level. We would absolutely stay here again .

Resolved issues easily

This was a great property for our needs. We had four families under one roof and it was plenty of space. There were some initial cleaning issues when we arrived, and the cleaning staff had also removed a package from the front porch that was our (they thought it was the last group’s). After communicating the issues, they replaced the sheets, dropped off extra supplies, and returned the package to us. Shakila was great in making sure it was resolved well.

Perfect for Us

We came here with our six grown children and their families - 23 people in all. There was plenty of space for everyone. I looked long and hard to find a house with a dining table that would sit 20 people. Our grandkids loved the kid themed bedrooms. The pool was a big hit with everyone. We paid to heat the pool so it was pleasantly warm and the kids spent hours swimming. Having access to the Big pool at the resort community's clubhouse was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed the sand volleyball court and the free mini-golf. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

Perfect for families, group of friends or both!

Our family had a fantastic time at Susa Vacation Homes. The house was perfect for adults and kids, with plenty of space and a lovely outdoor pool. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. The house was spotless clean, rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the ensuite bedrooms for all, there were no fights for bathrooms. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay with family, friends or both! The house is close to all the major attractions, it made exploring the city so convenient. We will definitely be back!
