Not up to VRBO Standards

This property was less than desirable. It needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to acceptable levels. The beds were comfortable, the laundry was nice and it was fairly close to the resort pools. However, the unit itself had not been taken care of any many of the amenities (TV's, PlayStation, Toaster, Pool Cues, etc.) did not work or were broken. It will be a really nice property once it is rehabbed.

Lots of bedrooms was nice.

Overall the house was really nice. There were a few things that need fixing such as the dining room table which was extremely unstable. Kitchen could use more dishes as a place this large will normally have a lot of people staying there and the number of forks and plates wasnt sufficient. Don't let this deter you though, it was a nice house. The club house did was great as well.

Great place! Needs a little maintenance.

We most definitely enjoyed our stay. There are a few minor details that cost this property one star, in my opinion. First, the property was not ready at the listed check-in time. Housekeeping was still there at 4:30 pm the day of our arrival. Property management was notified and did not offer any apologies, concessions, or anything beyond general indifference. The house was clean though! The Harry Potter-themed room did not have a properly functioning light in the ceiling. It only had a lamp in the far corner from the entry that had a switch that did not always work properly. It was evident that there was a light fixture in the ceiling at one time that has since been blocked off. The lanai was also missing some of the original lighting fixtures (blocked off same as the Potter room). If these items were properly replaced, this property would certainly be worthy of 5-stars. The double washer/double dryer came in very handy. The resort is very nice as well. The kids enjoyed the community pool/playground, and the whole family enjoyed the Flowrider surf area. The staff there was great! Would definitely stay here again with no hesitation. Property just needs a little maintenance to get back into its prime.

Family reunion

We had a lovely family reunion. The place was clean. The house layout with a very spacious family room, and large dinning area worked very nicely for us. As we are a cooking family, the kitchen space accommodates us well. Bedrooms were nicely decorated with children's themes and adult bedrooms were comfortable and nicely organized. Few recommendations: With this grand house, I would recommend to replace the two dining tables which were uneven to one nice large table. Few house maintenance, first floor bedroom door knob is loose, light bulbs missing/not woring in couple of the lamps, replace the nonstick cooking skillets, add more small spoons and time to replace hot water kettle as it leaks at times. Replace pool table sticks. Overall very nice house. Enjoyed our stay. Checkin process was easy. Communication with management via messaging was timely. Thank you. Would rent this place again.

Danger !

From broken glass furniture in baby room, to beds being held up by paint buckets, to finding a water hose on running into the pool with no notification, to paying for a heated pool and the temperature only going to 88. Damaged furniture around the house and rules state you can’t move furniture in the house!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!! Danger !

The only thing I recommend for the person who rent the house is the need to change utensils in the kitchen because there very old the pans mostly. At our stay we have some inconvenience with the tv that was broken, two bedroom that the lights was not working and some other little things but beside that everything is ok

Nice place to stay

Beautiful Home. For a large house the kitchen cookware was scarce, not enough towels to accommodate 22 people. The owners were quick to respond, however the maintenance staff were not in reference to the pool and a broken bed they did not come to check or fix so we were 1 bed down. Besides those little hiccups it was very nice to stay.

Great Family Gathering!

The perfect place for a large group of varying ages. Three adult children with all the grandchildren, each one with their own beautiful spaces! Close to clubhouse, too! the large grill was in place as requested, it was spotless, and oh so spacious for out large family group!

Great home but could use some touch ups.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. Plenty of space and nice size bedrooms. I would recommend the management company do some touch-ups to the home. The sticks for the pool tables are in bad shape, in one bedroom the closet door was broken, in another room the bed broke and the box spring was on the floor. I made management aware but didn’t have them fix the issue because we were in and out the house, we picked another bedroom to use. We had issues with getting into the home and our refrigerator the first night. Luckily it started by the next morning. When trying to use the passcodes to get into the home, none of the access codes given worked. Called maintenance and they didn’t have the right code either. We tried a random number for the lockbox and was able to access the keys to finally get in. It was a bit aggravating to share two keys amongst 4 separate families. I would recommend the host providing an iron and a broom. We had to purchase these items for our stay. Overall the property is good and will provide the space you’re looking for.

Nice but infested

I loved the house but there was quite a few things that should have been fixed prior to our stay(one of the beds holding up by a paint can) we had roaches which was scary we did not want to take them back home talked to the owners which they said they had someone come spray which couldn’t been correct cause someone was at the house all the time but my family made it through next time we will look at the reviews a little closer

Family Thanksgiving
