One of the most exciting things about staying somewhere new is deciding where everyone sleeps. This property has seven bedrooms and four master bedrooms, all with LED Smart TVs with Roku and ensuites featuring large walk-in showers, which are ideal for grown-ups. Children in your group are bound to go wild at the three-themed Disney - Under the Sea room on the second floor, which offers children (and adults) the chance to sleep under the Sea. The room is designed to make you feel genuinely under the sea. The two full beds are beautifully pirate-themed. The toy-themed bedroom is painted in vivid colors on the first floor; it will surely delight any child with two twin spaceship beds. The princess room offers two twin castle beds for your real princes and princesses. The twin beds are built into castles.

All King beds have luxury mattresses and lots of pillows.

MAIN LIVING AREA

A great space is for gathering and relaxing together. Three sofas offer somewhere comfortable to kick back, maybe with a book or watching the latest large LED Smart TV specification. You get great views of the pool and the outside deck area from here, and in the evenings, you can bring popcorn and gather for a movie night. But, of course, we'll leave the choice of the movie up to you!

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN / DINING AREA

Here is the hub of the house, the place to get fueled up for another day at Disney and the theme parks. As you'd expect from such a stylish, recently renovated property, the kitchen is home to the latest high-specification stainless steel appliances that make preparing brilliant breakfasts, lush lunches, and delicious dinners an absolute pleasure. You'll find a coffee maker and Keurig machine, so whoever's first awake in the morning can get that wonderful aroma filling the house. There is plenty of storage space for your favorite foods in the cupboards. Large capacity Stainless Steel French Door fridge freezer, an icemaker, dishwasher, and all the utensils, fine dinnerware, cookware, and all countertop appliances a group of up to 14 is likely to need in a fine home away from. If you don't want to cook, we can also help you find a chef for an evening.

You also get a four-seater breakfast bar and four-seater kitchen table to sit and enjoy snacks, with the main formal dining table in an adjacent area, ideal if you're planning a sit-down meal for everyone during your stay. Then, of course, you can enjoy your food outside, which is where we're heading next….

OUTSIDE

First, which will you try, the swimming pool or the hot tub? Would you like to soak up the sun while sitting at a patio table or reclining on a sun lounger? They're all here and all yours. Plus, there's a Propane Gas Grill BBQ if you fancy cooking great-tasting food outside during your stay. The home has a large 38-foot-long, 16-foot-wide heated fish-shaped pool that incorporates a heated spa (the “fin” of the fish shape) and a zero entry shallow area for young children (the “tail” of the fish shape). Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.

Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking you’ll receive an information request; before arrival, we’ll send a secure link for the card swipe. No deposit is charged at booking.

Allergy‑Friendly Environment: To protect guests with severe allergies, pets and other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Licensed and Compliant Property: Our home is fully licensed and adheres to all state and local regulations, ensuring a safe, clean, worry‑free stay.

Self‑Catering Property: This is a self‑catering home; guests provide and prepare their own meals throughout their stay.

Property Maintenance: To maintain the highest standards, our professional Pool Care Team and Gardener will visit the property daily or weekly, as needed, to keep everything pristine.
